Went to Rogers in Campbell River today, all 3 people on shift were super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (I was wildly unprepared). Special thanks to Kuran for taking care of my phone upgrade - he was a pleasure to chat with. His customer service is a 10/10, as was the screen protector application. Thank you :-)

Very helpful staff. My phone battery died , they let me charge on phone. Somehow i couldn't charge it because of bit water in port which latter got resolved. But staff helped me finding right bus to home. Lol i never wanted to check my phone pending balance, i just used it to plug in phone. Anyways they were all cool too. Had nice conversation with one guy on gaming stuff

Wow! Absolutely amazing service today from Trent and Umang!! I was having some issues with my battery and today they took the time to explain everything and I walked out with a brand new phone and a big smile! It was almost two years ago that Trent helped me upgrade my phone and he was amazing to deal with then as well! Service like today and two years ago is what makes me not even think twice about coming back again! Rogers is a great company to work with that has great employees! Umang took the time to thoroughly explain the whole process to me and we worked out such a great plan! They even helped me transfer everything to my new phone and we enjoyed learning about other phones and devices while we waited! I am so happy and I will be back to set up new phone plans for my children in the future! Thank you so much Umang and Trent for your outstanding and personable service! 5++ stars for today hands down! ✨

Very knowledgeable on most recent products, very helpful and friendly staff.

The boys here were amazing. My old phone has to go in for servicing but we were able to get a new phone set up, transfer all my data and send me on my way. While waiting they were so knowledgeable and gave me some hints and tips for my new phone. Would recommend this store and their staff.

I had the best experience today. Especially because of Scott Vandusen. He helped my wife with her sim card and did everything for her! With the most friendly and positive attitude. This store is always helpful and prompt. We love doing business with them.
