Services à la clientèle courtois et souriant, ont prend le temps de bien servires les clients. Ça toujours bien été quand je m'y suis rendus. On y vend un peux de tout en passant par de la quinqailleri jusqu'à des articles de chasse-pêche.

Very poor customer service. I have been chasing them for two months trying to get a quote! I want to give them my money, but they don't want it. It seems they are already too rich (or too busy) for my business, I hired a company from Maniwaki and they at least treat me like a valued customer. I am glad I did not hire this company, if getting a returned phone call/txt for a quote was difficult, getting the actual work done would have been a nightmare. I would suggest finding another vendor!

I had the misfortune of experiencing the same level of service as others have described. After several preliminary calls and email exchanges to get a quote, I never heard back. Had to go elsewhere. In-store wasn't any better. Staff were not helpful. Unfortunate.
