I've been waiting for months for my uniform order, they always struggle to get it done. They called me in to pick it up shortly after ordering and I asked several times are you sure it's ready, I even asked them to count out what was there. I show up and they have 1 of 15 or so items. So what the hell were you counting. Theres also one staff member who has no idea what hes doing but loves to hold you up like he doesand will just waste your time and follow you around.

Great sales! Got a new coat and some leggings for a fabulous deal today. The store was organized and pretty well stocked for having such big sales on. The associates were friendly and pleasant and very quick to assist when needed.

It was my second visit to a Mark’s store, on Monday evening. They carry high quality products.Most importantly, this store has very nice staffs. I went for a safety shoe. The tall, beautiful, white lady (I should have asked her name) helped me beyond my expectations. She was very thoughtful, patient and informative. People like her makes this word a better place. Also, the cashiers were well mannered and hard working. They were asking about the points card, email and all that. That’s why the line was moving slowly ;).

Had to do an exchange. Staff was super helpful. They didn't have the size in stock but had it sent to my home in a couple of days.

Not a great experience. Waited almost a month for a pair of boots that was ordered. Quality of boots looked dirty and scuffed up. If i didnt call i wouldn't know that the boots were there. Staff said the person" that handled it call and left a message. Wow. But wait i dont have voicemail. When i went to the store the person that i dealt with went to the back. I spent a good 15 20 mins and he didnt come out. It was a manager that dealt with me. Not going to this store again. Illmale sure no one else that i know go here."

The staff are friendly and give excellent customer service. Knowledgeable about the products. If they don't have your size in stock at their store, they find one of the other local Marks stores that does and call ahead so that you are not disappointed.

Uses to get all my safety equipment here but not anymore. I went to Pickering and Ajax and no one came to help. I even asked one lady and she told me she will get to me in bit. Went to the back and never saw her come back. Made a comment to the lady at front cash about the service. She just looked at me and didn't bother to help me out. I will share my experience with guys at work. I guess big stores don't need my business.
