Great locally owned garage and petrol pump. They will service any car and do a great job, I’ve seen late model Ferrari’s to vintage American cars beside my cars (Jeep/Buick/Hyundai). They will tell you what is needed and nothing else, won’t try to oversell any services.

Stopped yesterday to grab a snack and use a washroom. First the cashier asked me when I asked about the washroom if I was buying gas, on what I told her that I wasn't but I was buying something inside. She was all stressed out telling me that her manager gets really upset if she just let people in. I can understand that washrooms are for customers only, I have no problems with that.I purchased JL pepperoni stick which was $1.99, and in other gas stations I usually pay $0.99. So they charge double for the same thing.Lastly, since there was no parking spot available around (all taken by vehicles which needed to be fixed) I was parked at the pump. Got back to my car and started reading some work emails. There was nobody at any of the pumps the whole time me being there, but despite that, and me being a customer, the kid came to tell me my manager asked if you can move somewhere else".I will never return to this place because of a bad management and feeling unwelcomed. My mom brought her 2005 Honda accord with over 3000,000 kilometers on it. Giuliano did a fantastic job in repairs on her car. She was overjoyed to say the least. She would definitely recommend this place. Way to go Giuliano. Theresa

Today I was out on my mobility scooter enjoying a summer day when I realized I was losing battery power and needed to get home. I was near Shell Park and headed along Lakeshore very slowly to save juice but knew I would not make it home without plugging in for a few minutes. I saw the Good Neighbour Esso at Missauga Road and pulled in.I was told that I could not use their garage to recharge my battery even though it would only take 5 or 10 minutes. The serviceman told me to keep on going to the stores down the road. I was so shocked I couldn’t speak. I left immediately. I’m handicapped without the ability to walk but luckily I just made it to the Rexall Drugstore at Bronte Road where I was kindly helped.Is this the kind of place you want to give your business to? Hardly a Good Neighbour.

Very rudeRefused to let me use the washeroom even though I filled my gas up the night before for 95 bucks and said that it's customers only. I won't repeat the things that he said to me when I tried to use the alleyway to urinate. The balding man with his work coat has real anger problems I'm not sure how he's able to function in public with the mental issues he has.

I echo comments by every single start reviews here. Mechanics are extremely rude. I had filled up estimate request form 4 times in last six months with genuine intention of getting my breaks replaced here (I live right across their workshop). They never called me back. So, this time I wanted to speak to the mechanic. He came outside ... and was very rude with me asking me to fill up the form. When I told him that I never got call back in the past.... he ended up telling me that they dont waste their time responding to these requests (when in fact they wasted my time making me fill this form in the past). For all new customers ... please dont waste your time going there!!! If they cant treat their customers well... I dont trust them treating my car well either.

I wish I could put a negative star for this place. The middle aged mechanic was very rude to me when asking to use the washroom. He said sorry bud customers only" so I purchased some gum and he replied " come on man that's not enough" he then went to use some pirate language I can't type here but I want to assure anyone reading this that this isn't first time being treated like this

Earlier today, as I arrived at the garage, I witnessed a balding man shouting at someone outside. His aggressive behavior and demeanor were alarming, so I promptly left the scene ASAP.It is concerning that he is serving the public with unresolved anger issues. I hope he receives the necessary assistance to develop healthy coping mechanisms in the future for his emotional problems.

I was about to enter this gas station and a balding man who worked there started yelling and swearing uncontrollably at a customer who was trying to get away from him. It looked like the man who worked there was about to hit the customer! Other people started leaving as well after hearing what was being said. It was absolutely terrifying and I will never use this facility again because of this. How is this person employed here????

Always so helpful. GIULIANO is hands down the best! Trustworthy and well priced. Always honest and upfront wouldn't go anywhere else! I run to him for anything I need help with and he always makes time. All of his staff are friendly and helpful.
