I went to purchase a car and found out there was all kinds of things wrong with it after I gave my deposit they wanted me to wait another week to fix things. On the phone they told me everything was good and nothing was wrong with the car and I drove from Edmonton to Calgary for nothing. These guys know nothing about cars. They then refused to give my deposit back but promised they would. Nothing yet.

Thanks a lot Hassan. This is a very intelligent guy, kind and very friendly. He told us about few cars which we were interested in. He provided high quality service. His boss definitely should appreciate him and his contribution to work.

I would not recommend this dealership. I was interested in a vehicle and the salesman kept pushing me to get in to a more expensive vehicle. Eventually he said I was approved for the vehicle I initially wanted and had me drive to the head office where I waited for hours to sign paperwork that never was drafted. He also had me get in contact with my insurance carrier to put insurance on the vehicle as he guaranteed me I would drive off the lot that day, which did not happen. He wasted my time and kept giving me the run around. He also said he would fix the vehicle as it had minor aesthetic damages, but never intended to fix any of the issues. I visited this dealership 4 times as he kept saying my application was good to go but when I arrived there was always an issue. I would avoid this dealership, altogether. They don't seem genuine.

I booked a time to see a car. Drove for an hour to get there no license plate on it to take it for a test drive. Drove out again the next day took the car out for a test drive. There was something clearly wrong with it. The salesman told me that they would send it to the shop to get looked at which he did. I did not leave a deposit on it because it wasn’t running properly but I was interested enough to ask for a final price and to drive back again once it had been repaired. We agreed on a price for a trade in and a day and time that I would return to purchase the car if it were running properly. When that time came I was informed that the tires that I was toldWould come with the car no longer came with the car and that there was an additional 700 service fees that wasn’t disclosed. I had most of the conversation through text as I was at work and couldn’t take phone calls. I explained that to them but they phoned me multiple times anyhow. I was told that the manager would work with me if I came back in but wasn’t told what that meant. Nor was I provided with the managers name and email address even though I asked multiple times. I’m not sure how this would have been resolved as I never went back and they wouldn’t communicate with me through email as I requested. But I feel the last minute change to the agreement we made isn’t right. I do realize I should have gotten it in writing but the salesperson doesn’t dispute the price that we arrived at. He just said he hadn’t included the fees in the final price as I had asked and that their cost on the vehicle changed and I should have left a deposit. A lot of my time and gas wasted to have it go sideways in the end.

My experience there was amazing, the whole team was very supportive. Sikander helped me to find a car for me from their inventory in a very professional way and made whole process very easy. Thumbs up

I had the pleasure of working with their sales rep Mustafa and after with I think he was the manager or owner Sikandar who facilitated a tremendous car buying experience by being courteous, knowledgeable and swift

Mustafa helped me get a car and he was very helpful and a really nice guy. An issue came up within a few days and they took care of it, I highly recommend! I will definitely come back here next time I need a vehicle.
