Worst service ever. Charge an arm and a leg for absolute garbage. Go with anyone else

Kyla - service over the phone to help me with my cable service. I'm quite crippled and move at a much slower pace but she patiently worked with my limitations to help eliminate any issues with my equipment and try and figure out why I wasn't getting any of my cable channels. It may have been about 45 minutes while I struggled with getting replacement batteries and disconnecting and reconnecting devices in my custom made cabinetry, extra time needed because of my physical limitations. When I needed a rest and time to find a pin number, she offered and did call back as promised. I am really grateful for kind patience as most often, I have not had such service anywhere.

Shaw is a horrible, unprofessional company. First, they cancelled our technician appointment ten minutes AFTER they were supposed to be there! I called to see why they cancelled, as we’d had this appointment booked for a week. I was told that they didn’t have any available technicians and would send someone out a week later. I told them that I wanted someone out that day, as this appointment had been scheduled for a week. I was scoffed at and told “that’s an unreasonable request”. So I told them to cancel my account and I was switching to Bell. THEN we were charged an “unreturned equipment fee” for equipment that was IN THE MAIL AND ON THE WAY BACK TO SHAW. Just a truly horrible and unprofessional company. Save yourself the money and the headache and just go with Bell.

Loyal customer mean nothing to Shaw! The last time we went through one week without internet while working from home, to stay with Shaw however the Telus had services. We are moving to Ontario and they don’t provide internet services! In the workshops and sales call they say if you move within Canada and we are not able to provide the same service, you can cancel with no fee! And now, we are moving, and they’re tell us you have to pay! Very disappointing!

Internet outage that wasn't announced prior on the website for this day, so i could not rearrange my schedule. When I called for assistance, the person who took my call (He says his name is Brian, although tbh it sounded like he was making up a fake name) told me it was a scheduled outage". He was very rude and dismissive

Worst internet service in Sault Ste. Marie. Constant interruptions in internet service.
