We LOVE the zen cleaning team!!! We made the decision to have cleaners about a year ago, and went thru 2 companies before we found ZEN cleaning. We've had a few different girls from them, all professional and excellent service! My house is so clean and they gave me an honest answer on how long it would take. For our townhome, it's about 1.5 hrs for two people every 6 weeks.

The Zen team did a wonderful job cleaning my kitchen and bathrooms. They were very professional. As this was my first clean with them, I was grateful that they asked lots of questions and never made assumptions. My boys loved the TP flowers! Amazing deep clean that included the oven, our blinds, walls were washed where needed and generally a very high quality service. What a joy and relief to come home to! Have now booked a bi-weekly clean. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I have used Zen, the first when I was staging my house for sale and just recently for the move-out clean. In a word they are excellent, extremely thorough and very detail oriented. The staff was very responsive, on time and very pleasant to deal with. My house has never looked better, highly recommended!!

This was my first time ever using a cleaning company and I have to say I'm never going back. Can't believe I waited so long to do this. The girls were on time and did more than expected. Cleaned my basement too! My house has never looked so good & I can't wait for the next one!

It's clear that this company doesn't take care of their employees. I got home early while two of the girls were still cleaning my house, and I heard one speaking to the other about how she was feeling very ill but she needed the job and knew she would lose her position if she called in sick. As someone who as elderly family who visits regularly, I would much rather reschedule my service than put my loved ones at risk. Will definitely not be contacting Zen for their services again.
