Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Kelowna Airport

This place is quite exceptional for an airport hotel.Rates were great, staff were helpful, positive and actually smiled.The hotel was clean, still had a fresh new look to it.The staff communicated via text prior, during, and post to ensure all needs were metHot breakfast was included in the priceTraffic congestion in Kelowna can be horrendous. So having this nice hotel literally across from the airport alleviates a lot of stress.They have secure access to the hotel after midnight, and they do rounds of all the floors during the night to enforce quiet hours.This place has it all and will be my go to place when in the Kelowna areaThanks for the great stay.

I absolutely love staying here. I’ve done a pile of nights with them - the rooms are great, the staff courteous (including helping me out when I left my glasses in one stay), and the breakfast is the crown jewel of the whole experience. Great for families or business travellers.

We were among their first guests and were very impressed with our entire stay. The rooms are comfortable with great beds, and surprisingly quiet - it's literally right across from the airport. The staff though are where it really shines. Jasmin at the front desk and both Christine and Shaida in the breakfast room went above and beyond to make our visit a good one. They want to hang on to those women! We'll be back for sure.

I really felt comfortable at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. They provided a lot of towels and the products smelled great. The only issue we had was that the trollies weren't available upon arrival - not sure if people had them in their rooms, but there were 3 when we left. There was ample parking too.

Nice, clean hotel, great location for airport. Lots of selection for breakfast. Only 2 criticisms. they only provide housekeeping on the forth day or sooner upon request. After a couple days we requested our room to be made up but it wasn't done. So we let the front desk know and requested it again. Still didn't happen. The sheet set on the bed we had seemed very small for the bed. The fitted sheet kept popping off. Other than that we had a good stay and would stay again. Just a side comment, the fireplace in the lobby was on even though it was hot outside.

I was in town on business and needed presentation notes printed. Joseph was so kind and understanding and helped me immensely with multiple prints all with a smile and kind word. He has a calming and easy presence at the front desk and is a superb addition to the team at this hotel. Thank you again Joseph, I couldn't have done what I did without you!!!

I would give more stars if I could! This place has it all!Cleanliness is top notch. Front desk staff (especially Isabella) was outstanding! Being so close to the airport also has its perks. Quiet time was genuinely quiet, and having a pool and hot tub was super refreshing. This location also provides breakfast downstairs every morning. I could go on and on.

Great location, across from the Kelowna airport. Shuttle service provided was prompt and comfortable. Late check in was no problem. Staff were friendly and throughly explained the amenities. Rooms are modern and clean. Stayed one night and highly recommend Hilton hotels.

When I checked in online through Hilton Honors app, I had picked a room on the top floor for a better view. We were staying for multiple days so we wanted to really take in the landscape in Kelowna. However when we got to the hotel, their systems were going through a big software update and somehow we ended up being placed on a lower floor.The wonderful staff at the front desk were very professional and apologized for the change. The top floor was fully occupied. They asked that we come back the following day when the systems were up and running and there were more open rooms, so they would deliver our request.The next day, we were placed on the top floor as per our check-in and had the view we were hoping for. Thank you Joseph, Tushaar and Tavi for going above and beyond to make our stay special.Besides the great service, breakfast is pretty good with lots of options. Their associated restaurant next door (Gulfstream) also had great food…their beef bulgogi skewers were my favourite.The hot tub and pool are a huge plus. Our room is clean, comfy and modern. We will definitely be back!

Impressive. It's a newer hotel. Great location with a gas station nearby. Cheapest gas price in the area. Convenient location with restaurants, tim Hortons, nesters market etc only a few steps away. It's the first time I stay at this location. Unbelievable friendly staffs at front desk and breakfast area. My family and I are very happy with this stay. We have stayed at many Hilton and Hampton Inn. This is by far the very best one that I have ever been. Amazing. It's not 3 stars I think it worths like at least 4 or 5 stars. We got a room view facing the east and able to see sunrise from our window. It's beautiful. Complimentary Breakfast is very good as well. The lady keep filling the food, supplies etc. Very impressive team work. The omelet is good. Highly recommended. The hotel itself and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Definitely worth it.
