This is a fabulous store (gore road location) for anyone looking to buy kitchenware and any small household utensils.. I been to this store number of times and I always leave this store with utmost satisfaction. Always get what I wanted but that’s not the point the staff are really helpful and courteous. They go all their way to find what I wanted. Also recommend similar models and different materials. The price is good, The location, cleanliness and knowledge staffs are the major factors for making this store one of the best (that I know of )among all the other stores selling similar products.

We bought a Vinod Pressure Cooker, box was opened and person had told us that we can exchange it if we have any problem, cooker was not working properly But when v go for exchange they were not happy to see n made very bad faces and said contact with dealer, we are not responsible, very rude customer service please don't buy any pressure cooker I think I won't like to visit this place again.5

Had a great experience at Housewares Plus last weekend. Great customer service.. Available reps on floor and helpful. Great selection.. All sizes of dishes, loved it. Did forget my phone and they kept it for me. I bought salad bowls, and veg stacking shelves. Wanted everything
