Went for drinks only, prior to the Trevor Noah show. The price is proportional to the height above street level.

Friday, July 8, 2022 going to see Roger Waters decided to have dinner at Scotia Club to avoid the line up to get in.Worst dinner ever! We both ordered a Caesar salad with a chicken breast. I’m not sure what dressing they used but it wasn’t Caesar. The lettuce tasted old the chicken was cold and tough, no anchovies, no bacon bits and with 2 glasses of house wine the bill was over $160. The good news the staff where apologetic and friendly but at the same time they told us there was nothing they could do.

Absolutely terrible. Food was just okay, definitely not worth the price. Paid $150+taxes each, in advance, for my wife and I go have a 3 course meal and get a tour t-shirt. The two beers and two cokes we had was $47 (although we ended up having that comped). We travelled from Newfoundland for the Rage Against the Machine show.We were one of the first tables sat, our server was not friendly at all. Although he was quite friendly with the man set right next to us. I’m not sure why that was…but it was very weird. Our sever quickly forgot about us when a large group showed up and was sat next to us.The place was certainly not full and this group of 12 instead of sitting at their table like normal people, just stood around like they owned the place. One of them was practically leaning against our table at one point. No staff said anything to them. There were 3 apps to choose from. My wife asked about one of them, and the server said “oh you’ll have to ask Daniel that” referring to the man next to us, then said it was south Asian. That was it.What else….our server came by and grabbed our plates without saying anything, didn’t ask about the food. Didn’t say desserts coming, he didn’t say anything. Once desserts came and I finished mine I had my plate laid to the side. The server came by and grabbed the plate along with my wife’s that was still half full and as he was walking away asked if we were done. I guess we were.I knew the beers and cokes would be a separate bill so we waited for that to come, and we waited, and we waited some more. Keep in mind our server was serving the group right next to us, his only other table as far as we could tell. Finally we got up to just walk out of there and our server yelled out to us that he had a bill. We stopped and went back where we expressed our displeasure to him, and he was defensive, which made it worse. This happened in front of two managers, one acknowledged my wife then ran off and we didn’t see her again. The other just stood there until finally my wife said “are you going to do or say something?” Then he finally came over and said he would just take care of the whole bill. (For the beers and cokes.)Also, minor detail, what restaurant charges for refills on fountain drinks? Very weird to me.Anyway if you read this whole review I’m sure you know not to take a chance on this place. Lots of other great places to eat in the city, I’d highly recommend Blu at 90 Avenue Rd. Amazing experience there with both food and service. The maître d’ was exceptional with every guest.

Hands down one of the best meals ive had out in a long time. We shared a few items and everything was absolutely delicious. The meat balls and sourdough! So good! Our service was amazing! Our waiter was so kind and charming. His kindness and service made our night.Everything was so good i wish i didn't have to go to a concert to go again!Thank you for a great evening !Lilly

Food is way overpriced. Very small menu with limited options. They told us we can't order food during the performance to avoid any noise, yet there was a raucous group in the restaurant who had to be told to shut up several times by other guests, while the staff did nothing. Views are decent for a concert, but wouldn't watch a game here. Also - over two hours without the ability to order another drink, not even water?? Won't be returning.

The most convenient. I don’t care what these other reviews say, the Scotia Club is literally inside the Scotiabank Arena. The most convenient place to have dinner before a game / concert. Highly recommend.

Saw Rage Against The Machine here, had the best steak dinner I've ever had in a restaurant in my life, amazing service and fantastic view of the show, so good that we didn't go to our seats. I don't know what these other reviews are all about but my experience was amazing, certainly not cheap but well worth it in my eyes.

Was there for the recent Raptors game and the food was much more expensive then it should have been based off of portion sizes and quality of food. As well as the food came out cold. Would have been better off buying a hot dog from the concession area. The one thing I will say is the service was fantastic.

The scallops are $32 and there are only 3 pieces. I know you have to pay premium to be here. Not only is the food extremely overpriced, you think the might make a little effort to make the food decent, nope. It’s so bad that I lost words to describe it. I refuse to be ripped off, does not matter who pays, so won’t be back

Went for pre-concert dinner. My wife ordered her steak well done, but it came obviously medium (very pink inside). We sent it back. It came back 15 minutes later medium-well. By then we were hungry, so she ate her steak undercooked for her, and by then mine was cold. Would have been much better, and significantly cheaper, to have gone to nearby restaurant and walked over to the show. This was a VERY expensive dinner, and SO overpriced for the quality. And the place was nearly deserted, so no excuse for poor quality of food.We will NEVER again eat at Scotia Club, and we recommend others to avoid, and have a satisfying dinner at less than half the cost, nearby.
