The guys at bc auto are great. They did a full inspection, looked for used parts for me, and were helpful and informative. Great prices, too.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a mechanic.

I was recommend to this place by a family friend and i can’t say enough good things about it. if you need work done, take your car here! i’ve gotten brakes, ball joints, wheel bearings, AWD system, fuel pump work done at this place and every time it’s been done same day with no hiccups! these guys are the best! if you’re looking for a mechanic I highly recommend Travis and his team.

This garage was recommended by a friend. I have never been disappointed in taking my vehicles in for service and having a quality repair completed. The fact they are reasonably priced is a bonus. I have patronized BC Auto for over 10 years and recommend this shop to all my friends.

Seem to do good work but received my vehicle back and smelt like someone had been smoking inside. Had to leave windows down for a couple days just to try get rid of the smell.

Great work by far. I have had several jobs done over the years and one big upgrade that I requested (new motor install) Two things I’ve learned,get your vehicle in before it get real bad and when you find a good shop… stay with it.

The kind of garage I look for! The guys working on your car care about the business and will do good work.This is not like a big franchise or big dealership affiliated place that has a huge gap between the guys turning wrenches and the guys who have a vested interested in the business (or worse - crappy tire). Unless your car is on warranty and your repairs are covered, I'd go here.

I brought my 2002 VW Golf here, as I have been taking my vehicles here for years, and spent about $1300 on various repairs. I had them look over the whole car to see what was required for repairs. I was told that the timing belt was good for another 50,000 km so that was good. 3 weeks later the timing belt jumped and made some serious damage to the engine. They estimated another $2000 in repairs. BC Auto told me there was no way I could have prevented this (as I was trying to prevent something like this by getting the initial repairs done) and they aren't sure why it happened. I brought it to another guy to look at and he said he has no idea why it would have jumped and the timing belt was still in good condition. This other guy made the repairs for about $700 less and BC Auto didn't try to lessen the cost for me. They did offer to buy the damaged vehicle from me for about $400 if I didn't want to make the repairs. I just think something seems weird about what happened. Not sure if I will be back.

I have received nothing short of the best services at BC Auto. They are very skilled, friendly and reliable. My van has been smiling since I found BC Auto.
