I believe they do very good quality work headliner did on my Dodge Cummins looks very good

Braithwaites made a custom cushion for my mothers recliner. The cushion was to be placed upon the original cushion, to increase the height so she would have an easier time getting out of the chair. The finished cushion was very well-made and you could mistake it for the original! Price was reasonable and they try to be very accommodating as far as time to make. Highly recommend for your various upholstery needs.

I gave 2 stars because service is very good for which I am grateful. I had them replace the electric motor on my Lazyboy love seat. The motor had a very strong toxic smell after 3 weeks I could not stand it anymore plus it did not get any less. I had sore sinus plus headache and chmical taste in my mouth. My friends also suffered sinus pain when they came over. I researched and found other people complaining about the strong toxic smell from.the lazyboy couch and had to give them back to the store.

Horrendous experience.Inquired about getting an extremely old family heirloom re-upholstered. The owner, Mark, was incredibly condescending and talked to me like my questions and concerns were silly and stupid. I tried to speak to a different employee but his wife Lynne was just as rude and arrogant. I had heard a few stories about how the owner and his family speak and treat to people poorly but now I know for myself. Just look at the owner's sarcastic response to another review, mocking him about using the Internet. Embarrassing.I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do as well.

Took seat in to be recovered. Was disappointed in the service and the time it took to get done vs what I was told. I called a week after it was supposed to be done and it haven’t even been started. A week later it was half done and ready to be picked up.Armrest wasn’t done on the seat, even though it was requested. Then I was charged double what the quote was.

Leaving a good review because I DIDN'T have to use their services. I called and reported a problem with a chair mechanism and they gave me feedback that they would not really do anything different than the troubleshooting steps I had done, but would have to charge me for it. They could have easily had me paying to diagnose and repair. I really appreciate this kind of integrity and will choose this business for all my future upholstery needs.

Braithwaite's repaired my Jeep driver's seat. They completed the repair inside of a day and it looks like new. Cost was less than expected.
