I feel the lady there didn’t do what I asked for at all. I didn’t want my roots dyed and I didn’t want my hair cut short but due to the distinct layers she gave me I had to get 5 inches cut off...... on the reply to my rating they said they gave me a full refund, this is however incorrect and they told me all they could do was give me an apology.

Sam’s cut my hair for years now, I don’t think I’ve ever had a complaint for him and he’s the only barber I’ve actually enjoyed talking to. 10/10 would recommend

I went to go see Jenn for the first time. The colour in my hair was a disaster from another salon. She fixed it like a magician!!! I highly recommend this place for any kind of colour you may want. Very professional, very clean, friendly and more then reasonable with pricing. Thanks so much!!!! I’ll definitely be back

I went and got a haircut today and to say I’m not impressed is a understatement Sam has cut my hair for years and I’ve never had an issue with any of his work but the lady they have is a whole other story this is the second time I’ve got a haircut from her and this time was worst than the last both my side burns are very un even one side is at the top of my ear and the other is in the middle of the ear and the top of my head is a complete mess I’ve gave her a second chance today and I’m so very un impressed

The hair stylist sped thru the haircut as fast as she could. . Maybe 5 min. . It was way overpriced for what you got. . I've never been so rushed in a salon.

A huge shout out to Jen! She is an amazing hairdresser and is absolutely wonderful with Children! Especially with mine, as our boys are ages 6 & 4 and have a hard time sitting still and she’s able to get them styled up no problem! and they just love her! She has been our family hairstylist since before our kids were born and we will continue to go to her until she retires! Thank you Jen, you truly are one of a kind and we will see you again soon!

Best of the hair cuts I've ever had, they never disappoint for anything I ask for, as well as great communication and the relaxing environment. I've had multiple colors and multiple hair cuts throughout the years, haven't let anyone else touch me hair since they are the best I have had. If it is not this place, I dont know where else.
