I was so impressed with the service that I received from Aspen today at the store. She calmly explained various options for me with Telus. I really liked how she was confident in the options that she was telling me about and I felt that she listened well. Purchased a new phone today. My old phone was stuck in a loop cycle (verify email) that apple couldn’t even fix. Nancy was spectacular and started me from scratch w the idea I would have to start over as if I was a new user. She was able to save all contacts all photos and videos, all apps and most importantly all gps points. I was willing to lose it all but not on nancys watch. She was brilliant and I am thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend this team. Well done!
