Be careful with allowing them to access you. I went for a brief assessment where I was asked a few questions and then examined by touching my back. There was not any real medical assessment done. I was there maybe 1hr max. They charged my personal insurance $180 and my car insurance from an accident $125. I did not feel good about the assessment and felt like they were trying to scam me for a block of money covered from the insurance.They did not disclose any of the assessment costs as well I let them know I would not be back and they continued to call and text for weeks after as well about appointments. I also was told via voice mail I owe them $180 which my insurance never paid me.I would be very cautious dealing with them.

John was amazing I came in a wheelchair and I can now walk pretty well and independently

Attended the Whitby location, (Thickson and Dundas) under care of Dr. John Gallo and his crew. They were able to rehab my lower lumbar injury and left shoulder surgery, both via WSIB claims. Underwent combinations of Exercises, Accupunture, Chiropractic, and specialized Mobilization techniques. They taught me that daily maintenance, after patient discharge is key, to prevent recurring injuries. The clinic has modern equipment, respectful of COVID protocols and very clean.

It's been a experience coming to CBI Health.They have been really great, very understanding of my physio needs, very accommodating, quite a mix of exercises to help strengthening the enjured body part.They are willing to go the extra mile to get you back to good health, and work.

Have been going here since May/20 everyone knows your name and are so polite. I'm very thank full for the help they have given me even with delay in treatment due to covid they have helped me so much. Thx everyone

A friendly and nice team. Mona works with a positive energy. I felt a big difference after the sessions. The pain is completely gone.
