PharmacyMale pharmacist on duty September 10th. Terrible There was hardly anyone in store and no one at pharmacy counter at all. I went to the drop off desk to have a prescription filled. He was at his computer so I politely waited for him to be finished. He looked my way saw me and went back to computer. That’s fine maybe he was filling someone’s prescription. So I waited. Than a woman walked to pick up counter. Pharmacists went to her immediately and assisted her. Back to his computer. Would not look at me. Did not have common courtesy to say I will be right with you just silence. I waited for a few more minutes still ignored. I than left went to coop across street and was greeted promptly and had my 284$ prescription filled.Lesson to the pharmacist all it takes is a smile a nod or a simple I will be right with you. You sir may have a degree In pharmacy but you need some serious customer service training

needed a very specific baby formula for my child with allergies. found 1 in stock at this store, shown on the website. called and asked them to hold it, i would come to buy it. i very specifically asked if it was the right product name and container colour (orange). was told yes. drove across town to buy the formula to find that the confirmed" product held for me was not only the wrong product but was in a blue container. i don't understand why the person on the phone confirmed several times with me that this was an orange container and the same product i asked for. waste of time to drive here for this

Phenomenal pharmacy staff, front customer service staff extremely pleasant all except one - I try to avoid her if at all possible!

Exceptional customer service at the pharmacy! Went above and beyond to help me get what I needed they listened without interruption, were kind and understanding and overall amazing! Wonderful experience.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years now, but lately every single time I go here to fill a prescription or refill a prescription or even pick one up I get a full on interrogation as to why I’m picking this up why I’m getting it filled again am I sure I haven’t tried anything else before coming to get a prescription. Most of the time they’ve been good but I could definitely do without the interrogation whenever I go in especially when it’s in regards to something I’ve been dealing with from the time I could speak.

This review is actually for the Shoppers store located in northlands in Medicine Hat. 2440 Division Avenue Nw, Medicine Hat, AB T1C 1Z2Terrible Pharmacy! In 25 years of buying prescriptions Ive never once been interrogated by a pharmacist as I have with Denise" at this location!!If I want to reveal my medical history to the store and its customers then next time I will just go on the loud speaker! At one time stores actually obeyed privacy laws. If your pharmacists want to know what medical condition prescriptions are treating then they can become a doctor or speak to the doctor themselves and in the meantime they can shut their mouth

We called to check on the timing of a pick-up of a prescription - as always, the Pharmacy department, and the Pharmacist, were most helpful. We've always had a great experience with Shoppers'; thanks again!
