I recently visited the Burger Factory restaurant in and was impressed with my experience. The menu features a wide variety of burgers, sides, and drinks, and everything is made to order.I ordered the Tuesday combo for the burger and with fries and drinks, it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The patty was thick and juicy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the soft drink was served ice-cold.I highly recommend the Burger Factory for anyone looking for a delicious burger in a laid-back atmosphere.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This branch has ruined my ‘Burger Factory’ experience. Reasons -- The guy behind the counter was too busy watching videos on his phone.- He took 20 minutes to serve my order - Juicy Lucy meal deal. Because the burger was packed but realised that he hasn’t ready the fries. (Busy on phone)- Made my burger while using the phone so didn’t pay attention at all on the quality- Daily deals and other items on the menu were unavailableI will never visit this branch or probably Burger Factory ever again.

Good to great burgers on occasion, used to be great value for the price. Since the new year the prices have nearly doubled and we also lost any opportunity to earn points or even redeem the points we already earned and had saved up. Disappointing.

I liked the food! Burger was good, quite juicy. Fries were good. They forgot my coke with my order but that’s okay, I guess we all make mistakes. The chocolate milk shake was closer to vanilla looking as it was mostly white and it tasted like Baskin Robins chocolate chip cream so it was a big hit for me! Even though not very chocolatey, it was delicious.

Had this for the first time on Monday night. Burgers were good for sure. Fries also good. Onion rings were waaaaay too oily and a little undercooked so we did not eat. Got chicken tenders and fries also and no sauce comes with them, so tasty but needs some sauce.

Probably the best burger I have had in the city. Juicy, tender, non-greasy, and cooked to perfection! Follow that by a delicious funnel cake and you're in dreamland.On top of it all, super clean location with lovely, friendly staff. Definitely recommended!

The patties and bread were really dry and fries were overburdened and really salty.The place needs an urgent clean. Tables, chairs and doors were dirty. The ceiling and the vents were black and greasy. The exhaust doesn't work properly (you will get out smelling oil) and it's really greasy.If you're going to work deep frying a lot of your dishes, you need to be extra careful with cleaning, especially since it is a fire hazard.There are better burgers in town. I don't recommend this place

Burger Factory is the GOAT and by far my favorite burger spot because it’s not too greasy, always fresh meat and this location is very clean.A lot of space to park and there is a big dining area. Trust me it is worth it for the quality of food. The Machine is the most common and very good, I also recommend the Philly Steak !
