i am trying to get freestyle in my store for past 3 months. Called them minimum 20 times always says their freestyle department will contact me ( never call me back) . If you call for emergency service forget about emergency because they will show up 3 days later. If i had any option I would have sale something else than coca cola.Because their head office looks like do not care about anything. No option for placing complain about their service so they are kind of having fun at call centre.

I've missed multiple shipments of coke to run the pizza business. Having a nice cold beverage is needed when eating a piping hot pizza , and we can't supply them with their favorite drinks because of this they go else where. Wish we could switch to Pepsi products they'd probably be here on time.

Im not sure when I will get my delivery.......??? There is no one who can see the comments or take action...!!! Coke service is the worst of all.....!!!I’m calling Cocacola to get an estimate for free style for months no one bothers to call back or give you an estimate. Not sure they are too busy with big companies only, small business they don’t care. Just to get one info I have to wait don’t know how long.....!!! Disappointed with Coca-Cola big time....!!!

I have been waiting for a response back from a Senior Manager regarding a long standing back order situation with their cases of Dasani water. I have been searching online and in various retail stores for several weeks now but have been unable to locate any inventory. I am disappointed with the level of customer care and failure to provide a resolution. An email or call back would be appreciated.
