Incredible service! My snowblower blew an auger and drive belt and he took it same day and had it ready including oil and spark plug change the very next day, during his busy winter period. Incredibly nice man. Also, his shop is spotless!

You pay for cosmetic work, no guarantees, and if breaks it’s your fault.Dip seemed like a professional and friendly guy and I really wanted to trust him but it turned out I was wrong. I gave him 3 machines to service, one Husqvarna mower, a stihl chain saw and a Echo leaf blower but after $150 a mower was not fixed and I was told I had to spend more money to fix the problem without any guarantee.Details:When I took the machines in I told him the main problem was with the blower and the mower. I specified that the mower had hit a rock last year and it was not cutting properly so I stored it. He charged me $300 for the servicing 2 machines and said no charge for the echo. It appeared later that he had one done cosmetic work and wanted me to pay him more without any guarantees that the problem will be fixed.He said the echo’s carburetor is no good and not worth changing (I trust this advice to today). He said the Stihl was not so good and he had had fixed it. (The saw was almost new with one season of wood cutting at my house on it. I still trusted his advice at the time I paid him but I haven’t tested the saw yet. But about the mower he said it worked well and explained everything he had done to it. A few weeks later when I used the mower, as soon as I turned it on the same rattling sound existed and the blade was not cutting the fresh grass. This was the exact problem I had taken the Husqvarna mower to him for fixing. When I took the mower back to him with the same problem he said I had to spend another $100 to change the blade. He said the blade was ok when he had changed it last and I must have hit a rock again! But he also said that last time he only did tune up. This year I only used the mower for a few mins and on fresh grass in the middle of my yard and shut it down when I saw it was not cutting properly. So there was no way for me to use it for extended time to hit any rocks. That told me that he had actually not looked at the blade in the first place and had not tested it. He had only changed the oil and spark plug, something I could do myself, but I had to pay him $150! When I asked him why he didn’t test the mower before giving it to me he said he had no grass to test on and that there is no guarantee the machine works when it left his shop! I found these comments unprofessional for a Husqvarna service shop. I went to someone who carries the Husqvarna name so he could fix my mower or give me an honest estimation the first time not someone who’d charge me in steps for work that is convenient for him and ineffective.

Genuinely nice people! Very competent and fast service with reasonable price. Will continue to bring my equipment there and highly recommend to others.
