If you wanna get your order wrong and get it shoved in your face and the drive thru window shut in your face then this is the Tim’s for you! Then call to tell them they got it wrong and give them another chance and you wait 20mins in a line of 3 people inside and it not move at all this is the Tim’s for you 9/10 times they mess up the order and it’s because they are RUSHING! Like who cares how fast you are just do your customers orders and job right so you have happy customers instead of fast drive thru times! Focus on both dine in and drive thru you got 5 people helping drive thru but one doing dine in…The worst Tim’s I have ever went to if they were even half as good as one of Bonnyvilles Tim’s I would be happy

This place has the worst customer service ever. Their employees struggle to speak English and can never get an order right. I would never advise this place. Also, when you call, they never answer the phone and you could never speak to a manager.

Passing through St. Paul's and stopped for an ice cap. Drive thru was packed and no customers inside so I decided to go in.It not-so-quickly became apparent why everyone was going through the drive through. Waited 6 minutes for service despite there being five employees working, no one was on the counter. After five minutes a couple young local guys came in and asked if I was in line. After another couple minutes they stared complaining loudly about how McDonalds had better donuts anyway and this is why no one every comes here. At that point, I agreed.When they finally took my order I had a small ice cap, a bottle of water, a bagel and a 10 pack of tim bits. They gave me a medium ice cap (as an apology? Maybe? Or just a screw up?), my tidbits and bagel but I had to yell for the water. What a disaster this location is. I rated the atmosphere low too because the entrance has a swarm of what I think are mayflies around it. My car was covered in them when I got out.

One of the drive through attendants always seems to have a bad attitude when we get our coffees first thing in the morning. This is the first interaction we have in the mornings as customers and it sets a tone for the day. If you can’t speak kindly to customers you shouldn’t be working in customer service. An attitude as bad as this employees reflects badly on the whole establishment. Food and coffee were good otherwise…

Quite frequently, after a drive thru visit, does my order end up wrong. Even when I get to the window and ask if it’s correct, I get told it’s right then I leave, get to where I’m going and open the bag it’s not the right order. One would think that if my order is wrong how many others does it happen with. Never even got a free darn coffee after the mistake, nope, not a drop.

We went through the drive through and waited 25mins for our food to come out. We ordered a chicken wrap meal, and a rice bowl meal. And after it did come out we were told we’d have to wait at least another 5 mins for the wedges. At this point we had already wasted our whole 30mins lunch break and couldn’t wait any longer. This Timmies location is such a joke! We’ve have had so many similar experiences here over the past year. (Long waits, and mixed up orders) This location is so poorly run, definitely not fast food.

Have you ever wanted to go to a themed mystery restaurant? Well is this the place for you!!Just go in and ask for your preferred food/drink/whatever and I promise you'll walk out with something completely different!! Just like magic!Prefer a drive through experience? Well it gets better! Not only will you receive a mystery order but sometimes it will be thrown into your vehicle at you! No need to exert yourself to receive your order! So convenient and thoughtful.10/10 would have food thrown at me again!(For real though i haven't met a single person who has had a good experience here. Nor have I met someone who got what they ordered.)

Probably the worst Tim Hortons i have been to. Customer service is mediocre. Quality of food is not good. They barely put effort into making meals.I don't usually review restaurants, but I was definitely not impressed with this location.They could easily do better and put for effort into making meals for customers.Hopefully things can change.
