Had to truly wonderful experience dealing with Jonah at Applewood Nissan Langley when it came time to replaced my current Nissan. Jonah listened to my needs and worked very hard to gain my business. In fact the entire team there was outstanding. With this experience I would not hesitate to recommend Jonah and also deal with Applewood Nissan again.

Found an awesome vehicle and very quickly thanks to Andy! He listened to my wants and needs and then delivered! There were no pushy sales tactics or uncomfortable up selling. Processes was very quick compared to previous transactions with other dealerships in the past. Very happy and would definitely recommend working with Andy as well as with this dealership! All staff were very professional and helpful during this process.

Been looking for a new car for a while now with no luck at other dealerships, however, the Applewood Nissan Langley exceeded expectations. Jonah went above and beyond to ensure we were getting everything we were looking for in a car and never made us feel rushed. I would defiantly recommend going to him for all your car needs. He is very friendly and happy to help. Lucy was also really helpful and made the paperwork process of getting the car go smoothly. She was very friendly and was always happy to answer any questions we had, and ensured we were happy. Overall I recommend going to this location for your car needs.

My encounter with these establishments left me with a profound sense of mistrust and frustration. The level of deception and unprofessionalism I experienced during my interactions with them is simply unacceptable.It all began when I visited Langley Applewood Nissan to address a tire issue. Despite having a two-year warranty on my tires through Nissan, the staff at Applewood Nissan refused to replace a damaged tire and instead offered a patch for a fee. They claimed that I had to go through the tire manufacturer to honor the warranty, contrary to what I expected. This lack of support and unwillingness to honor their own warranty was both perplexing and disheartening.Additionally to my dismay, I decided to visit Jonker Nissan, hoping for a resolution - before they transitioned over to Applewood Nissan. I went there because they seemed trustworthy and friendly. I know they judged me because my children drew chalk marks in my back seat and had eaten fishy crackers in the back. Unfortunately, my experience at Jonker Nissan was absolutely the most distressing. Not only did they charge me exorbitantly for repairs that were never performed on my vehicle, totaling over $5000, but they also charged me for four brand new Ecopia Bridgestone tires, which were never replaced as promised. Less than a year later, these tires had zero tread and were bald, despite driving less than 2000 km during that time. The warranty for these tires was not honored, and the dealership offered no assistance or recourse.The sales department at Langley Applewood Nissan may appear friendly and upbeat, but their inability to rectify the situation and the dismissive attitude of the lady responsible for sales in the auto repair department only added to my frustration. It became evident that customer satisfaction and genuine concern for their patrons' well-being were not a priority for these establishments.I made the regrettable mistake of placing my trust in Jonker Nissan when I ordered the Ecopia tires for my vehicle which were the same tires I had on my vehicle. Unbeknownst to me, they charged me for the tires but did not actually replace them with new ones. This deceptive act further solidified my decision to never trust dealerships again. I have learned my lesson and will always opt for a different brand of tire in the future, while taking extra precautions and documenting everything. Just an FYI to other people out there always order a different brand of tire every time or else you risk being scammed by any mechanic or dealership - they will charge you for new tires when in fact they are still your old tires on the vehicle. I ended up buying a new set of tires from Costco and a completely different brand so that I knew they were actually replaced. Lesson learned...In stark contrast to these disappointing experiences, I must highlight a true hidden gem in Langley—Peter, the owner of Maximum Power Auto Repair. Peter's integrity, honesty, and dedication to his customers are exemplary. After discovering that Jonker Nissan had not performed any of the repairs they claimed to have done, Peter rectified the situation and completed the necessary repairs for just under $2500, providing me with quality workmanship at a reasonable price.In conclusion, I caution anyone considering Langley Applewood Nissan and Jonker Nissan to be extremely vigilant and skeptical of their auto service practices. My encounter with these dealerships was marred by deceptive behavior, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of accountability. I have learned my lesson and will never entrust my vehicle to a dealership again. Instead, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Peter at Maximum Power Auto Repair, the one shining light in the Langley area who epitomizes honesty and expertise in the automotive repair industry.

Dan, Lucy and the team were very friendly and helpful. I needed to get out of my previous vehicle that had non stop problems from the day I bought it 7 years ago. I switched over to a Nissan Rogue all wheel drive 2023, such a beautiful car and very nice experience buying it. The team has a great energy and we’re very helpful and supportive. Would definitely recommend going to applewood Nissan if you need a change and give them a chance. There packages are just a cherry on top.
