They put in floors for us 2 years ago. They gave us a quote broken down to the last dollar and let us do some of the work ourselves, which helped reduce the estimate.Terrific service. Polite and thorough. They came the date they told us and finished on the date they told us.We were more than happy with their work and service.We are getting quote tomorrow for the floors on our lower level.

Had major water damage done to my kitchen called Paul Davis Systems ( Alan McNutt) they were there with in the hour, my floor and kichen cabinets had to be torn out , they were very professional. Excellent work done , this company I would recommend to anyone. Great job done guys! Thank you

Called them up told them that I had a water leak and I didn’t know where it was coming from and the damage was getting worse with each day passingIt was a very pleasant conversation with the lady that answered the phone she called to see when the very next appointment and we booked between 2-5 on MondayNothingI rearranged my day and birthday dinner to be home for this appointmentI waited til the afternoon o& 5he next day to give them a chance to call me nothing againI get people get busy however a phone call in this case would have gone a long wayI called then and told them how disappointed I was they agreed and apologizedI’m sure they do great work and they are good ……………that’s if they follow throughI hope they learn a going forward just pick up the phone call text email anything
