Dont waste your time.. both my wife and i had separate appointments here, they charged her one price, and me $25 more for the same exam, Id love to know how they justify that….

We have been seeing Royal Oak Optometry for years for our family in Victoria and I've never seen such service at an optometrist's office. Abbey Eye Doctors is terrible, the doctor who saw my children did not have patience with them. They were all worried about seeing a new eye doctor. My youngest who is two was last to see the doctor. I was in the office for maybe a minute and left due to the tests not being age appropriate for a two-year-old. The doctor also did not attempt to connect with my toddler who was resistant to the appointment and crying. She was rushing and kept flipping through things before allowing us to even sit down and get comfortable first.I left unhappy and as soon as we got outside I asked my 10-year-old why she was crying. She said the doctor was rude and mean to me. She hurt my feelings. I asked how? She said that the doctor was cold and said Well your brother did better

Been going here for quite a few years now. Staff are amazing and the doctors are awesome. Highly recommend them !

Avoid. Aweful customer service, felt like you owe them the right to take your money.

Don't waste your time here. They f'ed up my eye test giving me a higher prescription lens than I should've had. I guess they don't know how to operate the auto eye machine properly. Maybe the doctor should do the eye test and not the front desk.

I went there for a specific situation and I am so pleased and confident as a result of my visit. Dr Burba and staff are exceptional in their professionalism, caring and friendly patient service.

Horrible costumer service, sell over priced and we bought then and within 24 hours we found out they sold us overpriced horrible glasses. So we called them and they didn't give us a refund even though they didn't even have them. Tip just don't go
