I bought Dunns River coconut oil 500ml. Worst tasting(chemical); no trace of coconut - smell/taste. B.No:19081RA, MFD 22.03.2019, BB: 21.03.2021. I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AND REFUNDED.

Product was not wrapped in box of jerk chicken patties. Left msg and no one has returned. This is how I opened the box from the store and it all fell out.

I purchased Grace Foods KC Ginger mint candy and found a huge bug embedded in the candy. Grace Foods refused to acknowledge the bug after sending them pics and advised me the manufacturer thinks it is sugar sediments! I know the difference between a bug and sugar sediments, but Grace Foods did not want to do anything about it nor apologize for a terrifying experience. They simply did not want to know about the situation. I have yet to deal with a company that does not care about customer experience. Awful, unprofessional, uncaring customer service - the worst ever. Consider this before purchasing any of their products. I know I wont from a company who has quality control issues and refuses to deal with it.

Found a cricket in tin of callaloo, and was not at all amused. Was actually looking forward to having this, such a let down.
