Very good Redpea Soup w/ Oxtail !I must say the customer service was very nice and friendly when I visited today at lunch. Very Impressed by the kindness from the cashier. Good food & Service is noted! Will be back again.

I bought the goat soup not goat head soup. Staff was friendly and the price was good. The soup tasted really good however it was warm and I love my soup hot. I had to wait until I get home to warm it up the way I like my soups. Besides that I will definitely stop by there when I'm in the area again to try a different soup.

I use to go to that restaurant very often however the last two times I have been there the soup was disgusting. Their soup base taste the same as if they take the same base and put different meats in the water. Not to mention the base was tasteless. The staff also likes to whisper about people. Train your staff to have better customer service. I will never go back into that restaurant. This was the restaurant in Brampton.

Today was my first time experiencing this restaurant. This specific location. A friend of mine asked me to get her soup and sent me here and I was like, “let’s both have some”My Lord Jesus the soup was AMAZINGGG. We had Red Pea Soup. Magical, flavourful, hearty!And the cute lady at the front was very polite and she had great customer service! I even got a loyalty card :)I will be coming back for sure.Amazing first impression.God bless the chef!

By far the worst experience at a food location. The workers are disgustingly rude and don’t care about service. Also their “jerk chicken Pattie’s” aren’t chicken it’s beef with jerk flavour, so that’s dumb. Avoid this place soup is watery, food is mislabeled, staff is rude as hell don’t see this franchise lasting any longer with the workers.

I'm here almost everyday, that speaks for itself. I tend to make multiple orders because everyone wants some when I get back to work. I love the stamp system because it gives me something back and makes me feel valued as a customer. I tried other locations but nothing compares to Queens plate and that's in terms of the food quality and its staff. Thank you, I appreciate you guys. God bless the cooks and servers hands. This Souperlicious has the most consistency in terms of quality soup. There hasn’t been a day where the food didn’t taste good.The only thing I can say is that some ladies working the cash aren’t always in the best mood and maybe feeling overwhelmed with how much service they get on a daily. But Outside of that I say the best souperlicious in the city hands down. Good vibes and good soup

The soup was delightful, had the right spice and very affordable. However, I would hope for better customer service as a first customer today.
