Been a customer for a long time. Carol and Bruce really do their best for me and my family. I couldn't ask for a better place to take my car.

My wife had a screw in her tire. Let me tell ya, try to get a tire fixed on a Saturday afternoon in Owen sound. You are S. O. L.After some googling found Kilsyth Auto Service. What a blessing. Has restored all my faith in humanity. Not only did they take the car to fix on a short notice. They weren’t even open and still helped us. Well, all the places we looked up and were closed or just said no, Bruce and Carol are getting my business from now on.

I am very happy with the services provided by Carole and the two Bruces, sr. and jr. technicians when I had to come twice in emergency situations to have an emergency parking brake installed in order to get a safety certificate issued on time and to have a loose heat shield resecured in my 2016 Toyota Venza. I enjoyed talking to these three people. They were patient with me, answered my questions and showed me the work being done which was very informative since I myself am mechanically - oriented. The time slots were created expeditiously to accommodate the jobs to be done and the charges were very reasonable. I would certainly recommend anyone to go to this establishment to get their vehicles serviced. The services provided were worth travelling from Port Elgin. Thanks again to the staff of Kilsyth Auto.

I have huge respect and gratitude for the owners of this shop! They took time out of their life to give me advice over the phone. Advice that save me a trip to the mechanic, several hours of time, and ultimately maybe even my life. I will use them in the future for sure. The owner and his wife were friendly, super helpful, obviously honest. I could’ve easily taken my car to them and been charged hundreds of dollars without knowing any different. Instead, they gave me advice over the phone that allowed me to fix my car by myself! Amazing. I’m so grateful!

Bruce and Carol are simply the nicest, accommodating and fair people I’ve ever dealt with with respect to car repairs. If you need a professional team that treats you like you are their only customer, I would highly recommend Kilsyth Auto Service.

I wish I could give 1,000,000 stars for a rating! We are camping from out of town and after finishing up at a local beach we noticed our tire level warning came on. We filled it up with more air but it continued to leak. I searched online and found only two places open on a Saturday. The first didn’t answer the phone, the second was Kilsyth Auto Service. The woman answered the phone was super welcoming even though she said they were closed (google unfortunately still has old hours which stated they were open until 3) the mechanic was still on site thankfully and they took us in to repair our tire! Once there they were super friendly, super welcoming (offering their bathroom, refreshments for all - even our doggos!!) They let my boys watch all the steps and chatted with them.We are so very thankful for your service, for your quick repair and most importantly thank you so very much for staying open to help us out of towners.Highly recommend anyone in the Owen Sound area who needs car or tire repairs to stop by here! 10/10!!

After years and years, I found the best family business of mechanics. I can't say enough about how friendly, accommodating, fair this beautiful shop is. It's like taking your vehicle to your own family. They are fast thorough, knowledgeable and you never have to wait more than two days to get work done. Sometimes they can take you within an hour or two. They work with you and always make sure you're happy! It's such a relief to find a rare gem of a business! They by far are amazing! I've recommended them to all my friends and they get the same service. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Great place to bring your car. It's cheaper than bringing it to a dealership, but great service, which I find lacking at some dealerships in Owen Sound.

Needed to get some work done quickly. They rearranged their schedule to fit me in. I got there early and had plans to wait for my car. When they found out the started the work before they even opened. In short, amazing customer service. They are incredible.
