Great clothes to buy for my daughter.

Good place to get something between fast fashion and high end. Sometimes the fit can be a little off, but there are always some good basic pieces to pick up for the season. The staff are always friendly and attentive. And although there's a lot of inventory the store is generally tidy enough.Came here to pick up the GQ collaboration and they had a nice little spread of juice and cookies for everyone who came in at 8 am.

This was my very first time visiting this location of Gap in many years. I have been shopping from Crossiron since the beginning. But I would like to say that this location is very well organized and neat and clean. I enjoyed shopping here and found few great things.

I love the Gap so much always has great deals , online and in store! I never use to shop at the Gap before but now i am so glad i do! My favorite is the modern tees if you are in need of a non see through basic t shirt this is your place to go. Staff are friendly and easy going always asking if you need help with finding anything!

Paulo who was working cash Wednesday the 8th is PHENOMENAL. He was so patient and somehow still in a good mood even though we were probably the most annoying customers ever with our multiple returns/exchanges and purchases. The whole staff is really nice but Paulo was just the perfect example of excellent customer service!

Had a wonderful experience at The Gap in the Chinook Mall. Jordan was especially helpful in helping me find a pair of jean shorts that I felt comfortable in. Thanks to Jordan, I will definitely shop there more often!

Gap Chinook Centre - I have always bought my jeans at this GAP location as the clothing generally lasts for a long time (and feel oh so nice too). I had to return a recent jean purchase as they actually tore (which does not normally happen) but I was able to return the recently purchased jeans and the store manager was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding! Not only did he help and take the time to replace the jeans, but he then showed me my now new favourite type of jeans - SOFT WEAR JEANS! UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE how soft and comfortable these jeans are! Thank you yet again, Chinook Centre GAP for your excellent service, patience, and understanding! Since you took the time to help me yesterday, I felt I wanted to give back and write you this review! THANK YOU GUYS and keep up the GREAT work! Stay safe and see you soon =;)

My recent experience here was so great I had to leave a review. I had ordered online but my order was messed up when it arrived. I went to return it at this store and the store manager (her name is Lisa I think), was so patient and helpful by getting in contact with headquarters to figure out our problem. If she ends up reading this, I just wanted to let her know how grateful and thankful my wife and I are for her help.

The staff in this store were super helpful. I do recommend this store to everyone .
