I had frozen pipes and so had no water. Nicholas from Aqua Drain attended to check it out. He was efficient, knowledgeable, informative and very nice! He solved the problem very quickly. If he is an example of all their technicians, I recommend this company 110%.

We used aqua drain for a sewer line back up. Jason and Trevor were very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all of our questions and fixed the problem after 2 visits from other companies. I recently used Aqua Drain’s services and was very disappointed. They came late and didn’t fix our problem. Seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. I overheard one of them on the phone being told to pretend to do “work” so they could still make money.Will never use this company ever again. Found out by another company I used who fixed our problem that they’re not properly trained.

Aqua Drain came out at late in the evening (9pm) and fixed the water backup problem promptly. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Reception was also very professional and helpful.I would highly recommend Aqua Drain.

Best service and price in Ottawa and I have tried them all. Marc the plumber from Aqua Drain arrived when I was told he would. He immediately assessed the problem and got to work. He got everything done within the the hour and tested to make sure everything was ok before he left. I would recommend this company.

I hired Aqua Drain to snake out a drainage pipe at my home. The gentleman who came to do the work was on time, he was conscientious and very professional. He got the job done and done well! He left the floor of the work area cleaner than how he found it. The job took under an hour so the price I paid was the same as the price I was quoted the day before. This was a very cost-effective solution for me. I will definitely use them again.

Aqua Drain was contracted to hydravac a hole to change over our city water shutoff valve. Josh and the team were first to arrive early. He was very professional, personable and began to explain what they were about to do on the site and what other services Aqua Drain performs. During the dig" they encountered very large roots and worked hard with the city crew (who were great) to eventually uncover the valve. The crew kept the area very clean and ensured there was minimal damage to the surrounding landscape. Great job all around. Thank you."
