Good Morning to who may read this. I had been looking for a few years for Class A motor Coach. I found a beautiful one on the Horizon web site and called and made arrangements to go see it on the following Saturday morning.When I arrived I was greeted by a gentlemen named Serge who was the sales manager and ultimately completed all the paper work on my purchase. WOW. A very pleasant professional experience !!!.On arrival Serge directed us to a gentlemen named Garry Leclerc who was extremely helpful and spent the next almost 5 hours with us reviewing the Coach we were interested in. Gary also took the time to show us a new coach and all their features. He was very pleasant and at no time did I feel he was pushing and trying to make a sale. It was an extremely pleasant experience and made me feel very comfortable.Gary over the next few weeks worked with us through the process to purchase the Coach. He arranged inspections with the Horizon Tec’s and reviewed all the information.It was a very large purchase for both my wife and myself !! It was like buying a house.Gary handled many calls and emails over the next few weeks until the final sale and during that time he was always helpful and patient with all my questions . There were many ! We made three visits to see the Coach and each time Gary met us and walked through the unit and answered many more questions.I am sure he was getting tired with us but this is our first time purchasing and operating a Coach. He offered many of his own personal experiences and recommendations that were very helpful .Today is the day that we pick up the Coach. Gary has arranged to be there to meet us and go over all the operations one more time before we head out.I can only say that I have purchased many items in my life and can truly say that Gary and the Horizon team made this one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had. There was never any pressure or surprises.I would highly recommend Horizon RV Team and Gary and would have no issue going back for any future needs

We have been customers of Horizon Lussier for several years now. Each visit had left us with a confident feeling knowing that our motorhome had received the best of care and attention. Extremely knowledgeable and professional Maintenance Staff! Viviane, our Lussier representative, is a sheer pleasure to deal with. Not only is she extremely well versed in all things related to maintenance issues, but she also never fails to go that extra mile to meet our servicing needs. Highly recommend Horizon Lussier!

I would give a lower review if possible. The reception staff here are unreasonable and demand unnecessary personal information just to see what their merchandise is.

Second time we used Horizon Lussier for service on our class A motor home and both times we were very pleased with the service and staff. Viviane in service was very helpful both before and during our service visit. Techs in service were very informative on my repairs and explained the repairs before and after process.Will continue to use their services in the future when and if more repairs or scheduled service is required.Dave and JaniceOttawa Ontario

Français plus bas.Second RV bought at Horizon Lussier. First one , a Tiffin DP, had significant sale issues in 2014. Never went back.Just took delivery of a new Leisure Travel Unity TB 2020, as HL is the only distributor in Qc.Promised delivery date was delayed 3-4 months, sales person did not follow up on many questions during the 5 month wait, had to call Leisure Van's directly many times to get answers.On delivery, most personnel work few hours per week, most are on seasonal unemployment...Had difficulty getting amount for certified check, very limited availability from HL for the delivery date, RV was delivered in the wrong outside color, many questions unanswered (ex: LTV roadside assistance, 2 years, comes with the RV: they never heard about it...). I have gas strut issues on 4 locker doors, they are looking into it. RV delivered without lighting package that was paid for. They are looking into it.Many manuals are missing, not available online. They are looking into it......To make a long story short, personnel has difficulty delivering quality as there are no follow ups, very little documentation, and dossier is passed from one person to the other, with limited information, as they have part time schedules.Seems that customer service is not a concern. Same experience 6 years ago...I solved most issues by contacting directly the manufacturer, LTV. THEY ARE GREAT!And the LTV RVs are high quality.Français: ai acheté un LTV Unity TB 2020. La commande fut passée en juillet, suite à un engagement de livraison en sept/ oct. Le VR fut livré en janvier.Deuxième achat chez HL, un Tiffin DP en 2014. À ce moment, l'expérience fut négative lors de la livraison.HL est le seul distributeur de LTV au Québec, on m'a promis une meilleure expérience...Ai eu très peu de réponses à mes courriels entre août et décembre. 'Je m'en occupe et vous reviens ' fut la réponse usuelle, mais ai eu très peu de suivi.Ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à obtenir le montant pour la traite bancaire.Il faut dire que les employés de HL sont en chômage technique pendant l'hiver. Tous veulent bien aider, mais ils sont chez eux, transfèrent les demandes à des collègues qui sont eux-mêmes souvent absents, et l'information se perd.Lors de la livraison, le VR livré était de la mauvaise couleur suite à une erreur de HL. Le directeur des ventes, au téléphone de son domicilié, nous a offert1) prendre tel quel..2) un modèle différent (CB) ..3) en commander un autre, 12 mois d'attente...De nombreuses questions sont sans réponses: ex: assistance routière LTV (ils n'en ont jamais entendu parler), VR livré sans le 'package lumières ' que nous avons payé, plusieurs amortisseurs de portes de coffres ne fonctionnent pas, manque plusieurs manuels, ...On doit me revenir, le directeur doit me contacter, à date, rien.....Je me suis tourné vers LTV directement. Excellent service, on m'envoie les pièces de remplacement, on répond à mes questions.Le VR est de grande qualité, et le manufacturier Leisure Travel Vans semble soucieux de la satisfaction de ses clients.Est-ce que je rachèterais un LTV: oui.Est-ce que je rachèterais de HL: probablement pas.Sicard, en Ontario, serait mon premier choix. Ils offrent un excellent service, de meilleurs prix, parlent français.Les garanties LTV sont honorées partout de toute façon.Dommages qu'une entreprise québécoise accorde si peu d'importance au service pré et après vente.Ça semble être un problème d'entreprise, de haute direction, et non d'employés.

When we purchased our new trailer they broke a vent and told us they would fix it... Charged us 137.06$ - for something they broke! We had no choice but to pay even though we have it in writing that it's their fault. Charged us 64.50$ to redo all the joints- but they only changed where they thought it needed. Our water filter container broke, they had a replacement for 20$ so we accepted - they changed the entire unit and charged us 117.74$. With other stuff done, our total bill was 789.82$. When we went out to hook up our trailer, the battery was completely dead. They left lights on inside the trailer! Thankfully someone from the service dept came out with a charger and helped us out. Let's just say that we will never return to Horizon Lussier ever again. We are very disappointed with these thieves!

Very friendly service, and I enjoyed the tour but didn't have enough time to see more.but will be back soon.
