The first time we were there we dealt with an older man and he was very nice. Bought a washing machine that is still working a few years later. The second time we dealt with a younger gentleman. we saw the ad for a dryer, saw it was the same place and decided based on the first time. this time not so lucky. The dryer takes 3 hours to dry a load. The buzzer stays on. The dryer dorDIES NOT shut off on its own. Apparently it's fixed by cleaning out the vent (did not work). Oh and the door doesn't stay closed, but that I fixed myself. Had to buy a new dryer. I read the other reviews. Crazy how any negative review is about what the customer did wrong. Throwing a airbnb owner under the bus, calling out customers who wasted money on his products. Apparently it's never faulty products for sale and never his customer service. I rarely do negative reviews but I will call it as I see it. The first visit with the older gent was no problem

Today was my second time dealing with Mike. Very professional no nonsense straight forward and polite and friendly even when customers are jerks with him.If he can do it for you he will and you will be happy I guarantee it.My wife and I are renting a house from a landlord that relies on us to look after everything so I won’t deal with anyone else but Mike for appliances.

Very helpful and fair prices. Mike took the time to explain the differences between the stoves that we were looking at and help us make a decision that best suits our needs. Got a fridge replaced. Then the replacement fridge started having issues. But whatever the guy’s name was can’t remember, middle eastern guy came and fixed the fridge the very next day. So good service and customer support. Would’ve gave 5 stars if didn’t have to keep having issues. But still pretty good store.

Don't ever go here. I got a washing machine from this place less than three months ago. It is leaking and they will not fix it even though it is under warranty. When I called them today he told me good luck and that was all.

I needed decent appliances for my basement suite. Mike helped me pick out the right ones. Delivery is very reasonable. He spotted something that needed to be fixed and took the time to fix it before sending it my way. He also make sure everything was clean and neat! Great job Mike!

Purchased used appliances from them for a second time now. Even though it comes with a 90 day warranty, I have not had any problems with both of my used appliances and it's been over 6months now. Great service, Mike was very informative and helpful in helping us decide which model to purchase. I paid the extra fee for delivery, but it was worth it for me because they were willing to haul away my old, non working appliance.Would not hesitate to go there again in the future if any more of my appliances break down

Mike was very helpful helping negotations between landlord and self to get a great unit for our rental home. We've bought from him several times and machines always last a few years. Prices for delivery and removal were very good. We will be back when we need more appliances.
