This was a great place to go to for our home renovation. The experience was good from start to finish. We worked with Lucia and she was able to guide us through it all without too much stress. She is very knowledgeable and has exquisite taste. I would trust her with any and all future renovations. They have an abundance of tile choices along with granites, quartz, porcelains, etc... It's an upscale store with all kinds of beautiful bathroom and kitchen fixtures. I would definitely recommend this store!!!

We recently undertook a renovation project including namely a wet bar, washroom and fireplace. Ciot has undoubtedly the most extensive and exclusive selection of materials especially marble. The service by Alessandro Chiarucci was impeccable in terms of timely collaboration, advice and patience. We would highly recommend Ciot if you’re searching for high quality and timeless beauty.Their installation team did meticulous work as well.

As a designer I frequent many design boutiques and Ciot is usually my first stop for tiles, slabs and plumbing fixtures. My rep Sandra Cruciat, is very knowledgeable and professional and if she doesn't have an answer or a product I'm looking for, she will do the research to find what i need. At this point she knows my design aesthetic and will email me new collections she thinks I would be interested in.Sandra's service is one of the reasons I keep going back to Ciot as she make you feel valued.

I am an interior designer, and have TRIED to deal with Ciot for years, but I receive resistance and the bare minimum every time. They have beautiful products but even when I am paying for a SAMPLE they refuse to service me properly. I think I am officially done working with them for good. I'll hold back from naming names.

I have been in contact with Ciot for about two months, regarding a leaking cartridge. After spending hundreds of dollars, the only thing I was able to get was the wrong spare part. Hard to get replies from them, hard to find solutions.

Very beautiful store. Lots of selection. Customer service non-existent. We were able to walk in with no one speaking to us. No one came to see us for help. I don't know if it's because you need an appointment with a designer/consultant? We were just seeing the beautiful selections and picking what we thought would look nice!

From the first time I walked into Ciot (being clueless in construction), over two years ago, Michael Tenaglia came out to help me and guide me from A to Z and the experience has been nothing short of excellent ever since.
