Custom Home Works

We hired Custom Home Works to demolish our existing old deck and design and build our new deck. Ryan and Justin listened to what we wanted and made our vision come true! We went from having an old pressure treated deck that had seen better days to a beautiful, large composite deck with clearview glass railings and new stairs to the ground level. It is beautiful and well constructed. Sergio and his construction crew were wonderful. They even worked through some cold winter temperatures. Everyone at Custom Home Works was professional and courteous to deal with. Communication was excellent. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We can't wait for the warmer weather to start enjoying our new deck! We are so thrilled to have found Custom Home Works and would not hesitate to recommend them!

From the moment we met with Ryan to chat about our vision, my husband and I knew we wanted to use Custom Home Works. Ryan came, took measurements, listened to what we were dreaming and turned it into a reality. Ryan’s crew was always on time, personable, fast while being meticulous. When we bought our house last year, the previous deck was in horrible condition. We knew we wanted to extend our living space to outside in the warm months, making special memories for our family of three. The crew really did just that. After the job was complete, I had a few tears as it’s really all I ever wanted. Custom Home Works made it happen. I really enjoyed having the crew here. Our neighbours even mentioned how polite, and they quick the crew was! We cannot wait to have custom home works back in the future as we have many projects to make this little house of ours a home. It can be really difficult to find someone trustworthy for these big projects, believe me. Do not hesitate reaching out to them!!!

Right from the get go Custom Home Works-CHW gave only friendly, professional, polite and timely service. I thought it too good to be true. Justin and Ryan were our go to guys, efficiency and honesty personified. We had delays and they worked with us with no issues at all. Paul and Alex built our beautiful 2 level deck. Attention to detail, polite courteous and always left things so tidy. I hoped to have my family on Mother'sDay on our new deck and we did!! It's just beautiful. I will recommend this company 100%. Ryan, Serge and their amazing crew recently replaced our 50 year old, 120 foot retaining wall. We are so thrilled with our new wall and cannot believe how much it has improved the overall look of our home. We have had many neighbours stop by and comment on how good it looks and what a difference it has made. These guys are real professionals and we have piece of mind knowing the job was done right. Given the scale of this job we were blown away by how efficiently they worked to get this done properly and on time. We had contacted several other companies that after looking at it never even called us back or gave us the run around, save your time and call Custom Homeworks first!

We had a front deck installed and double the size of our back deck. We are so happy how it turned out. This company all all the guys that we have dealt with are very hard working and they care about the job they are doing, very reliable. I would highly recommend this company. Awesome job!!!!!

We are absolutely in love with our home. We moved up to Oro-Medonte late last year and we had Ryan and his team create the most stunning backyard deck with a muskoka style roof and basement refinishing. We have a dog that can climb chain-linked fences so we had Custom Home Works build us an impressive vinyl fence as well. Not only are they fast and furious they are also extremely professional and polite. Every night after their shift they would always clean up and make sure that the work area is cleaned up and tidy. After 6 months of renovations at our home our main projects are finally done. I would love to name all the amazing talents in Ryan's crew but that will take pages to write.This is not the end of our reno journey. We have many more projects that will need their assistance. My partner and I are extremely happy with their work and dedication in making their customer satisfied and 100% happy. They actually care about what their customer wants and work with their needs.
