I gove it 5 stars because now you can pay for your permit in the same room you apply for it. No longer necessary to go yo the 6th floor for the cashier. Great improvement. Staff are friendly and kind.

Taking 4-5 weeks to get exam results back, when the exam is on a Scantron card, is unacceptable. Public sector has no incentive to operate efficiently. I get it.
