Message from Visitor.i have just come from your trinity common outlet. I bought track jacket and pants for my child. This is the first time I got something from the store. I normally do not buy anything from roots but my child insisted to buy stuff from there. My experience in the store was horrible. There’s one average build white girl and she was extremely rude. My bill was $100.80 cents and I told her that I do not .80 cents on me and before I could continue she bluntly said that she will not pay for it. I never asked her to pay for it. I told her that I have another $100 bill on me and she needs to provide change. She then said that we do not provide change and I have to go to metro to get one. Then I settled the transaction with my credit card. My suggestion to you the outlet is that you must educate the staff to be polite and listen to the customer to speak and finish . There’s no place for such unpleasant staff in the outlet . Can the store manager reach out to me. I need to report this matter to head office.

I’ve been to this store twice before, never much of a selection but this is the first time I’ve been completely ignored. Not even a “hello” “welcome” “check out our sale selection” nothing! I roamed the infant section (which was a hot mess!) for a good 5 minutes, directly across from 3 male store associates and not one person asked me if I needed help looking for anything. I moved to another section where there was a female associate, she looked at me and continued on with her task. She then comes over to the infant section where I went back to, with one of the males and asked him to straighten it up because it was a mess. Even then, STILL NOTHING. I put everything back and left. I suggest reviewing customer service and etiquette in your next training because this was a very disappointing experience.

I never recommend anyone should go specialy to this Roots store. They don't know how to deal with defective products. I was refused to exchange a trouser which I noticed a small hole after 1 week my purchase.

Customer service is very poor and the staff are really rude with customers. They told me to get out of the store because of a small mistake I advise you not to go to this store and choose another alternative I wouldn’t even give them one star

hands down amazing store, customer service is always top notch. I have seen situations where issues between management and customers arise and every time I have witnessed this the employees remain professional and respectful. I have always been helped out and when items are not available in the store they try to find alternate ways of getting it. Love this store!!

Staff need more training .If customer already in store buying clothes they tell its 7.00 pm they cant bill and we have to leave .

I went here yesterday & I’ll tell to just gas-up and head on to Roots Heartland if you really want to buy from Roots Outlet. The selection here is, that’s it let’s go out.

Not only this store has good customer service, but I had an exceptional experience with a staff member named Thomas. I had left my bank envelope with hundreds of dollars on the store counter, and I got it back.

I went looking for a wallet i was told where they are located which was in a small wodden box by the cashier when i started to look at the wallet i asked if they had any package one at the back .the lady said she will go and check.as she walking off she told the the other worker to keep an eye on this lady.i felts so embarass as a black woman because i know had i been a different nationality or skin colour she would not have made that remarks .this is 2019 people need to stop the stereotype i have never stolen in my life and never will the real thieves never get notice wake up and get real
