Anthony Markus and his team take great care of us over at Lincoln's Gate in Surrey. This council has found his support and knowledge of CHOA bylaws invaluable.

Was told that the apartment was going to be painted and the carpets replaced, that was 11 months ago and neither of those are done. The lobby leaks when it rains, the manager doesn't shovel the stairs or the driveway to the underground parking, the lock on the side door was broken for months.It's the extreme lack of communication is pathetic.

Update: Melissa has received both email and voicemail from me with no response in what has now been half a calendar year. Our building has been without a building manager since the end of 2022 so I can't even contact them. There is literally nobody that I am able to contact whatsoever whom actually replies. When I have had a response in the prior 5 years, it has been unprofessional and my concerns have never once been taken seriously. I have been told direct lies multiple times and have black and white proof of it.Completely unacceptable what goes on there.This company is non responsive, exhibits extreme lack of commitment to any duty of care, has not responded to any of my emails, phone calls or even written letters by mail in nearly a full calendar year. Vicki Chappel has been horrendous and runs our building like a rundown BC Housing rental. The standard is that there is no standard. Disgusting

Melissa does not return Calls or respond to voicemails. This is by far, singlehandedly, the worst strata company( if you can even call it that ) in the lower mainland. Can I get paid to do nothing as well please?

They are a joke. They take way too long to get anything done. I mean 2 months without mail because the mailbox broke? Property manager doesn't respond to emails and when he does they are arrogant and rude. Half the building is smoking and there's a no smoking by law. Rules are broken here nonstop and nothing gets done. I wish I could give these guys less than one star.

They are Rude, they do not fix things. When they do fix things they make it sound like it’s your fault. They do not respond to complaints at all, they have seen many complaints and do not follow up or even make you aware of them. But if you ask them they will say we told the owner. But they can not produce proof they did.One of the worst I have unfortunately had as landlords not long ago.

Anthony Marcus is the worst, most unprofessional, incapable property agent you can have in your building, never respond to emails and continuously fails to comply with bylaws in the building while failing to advise the strata councils on the right way of doing things. Never fall in to the trap of having these people as your property agents as nobody is interested in responding nor attending to owners matters. These unprofessional property agents will bring your building down with unnecessary expenses, stress, and waste funds in your strata's (owners money) and eventually leave for owners to figure out. I hope there's continuous and rigorous evaluation against people like Anthony Marcus and take action to hold accountable for such negligence and incompetence in the jobs that he is doing. No email gets responded for months even from the management of this company including Melissa Plautz, Operations Manager. and sadly the owners are left behind without answers.

I have been working with Anthony Markus and the rest of the strata property managers at NAI for over 7 years and have found them to be a friendly, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend them to any strata looking for competent, down-to-earth professional management.

NAI has been the management company for my building for a number of years, and we have had no issues with them. I am a bit confused with the negative comments regarding this company, as my experience as a long time owner and member of Strata Council, has been a positive one, particularly with Anthony Markus managing our building. He has helped us through many, many issues and in my opinion has often gone beyond his actual scope of duties to rectify a problem. He responds to our calls and emails in a timely manner, listens to our complaints and works towards finding a swift solution. He has been extremely helpful and patient, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a Property Manager.

I work with a lot of property managers in my profession. We are a large strata based service company. I work with Anthony Markus in multiple buildings and can not say enough good things about his service. I would recommend him to any council who are looking for a management change.
