Many of the issues that are highlighted in these Google Reviews have to do with a misunderstanding of what the company is. For example, they have no say in where parking is or how expensive it is, they simply provide the ability to track and enforce private parking for independent companies. Nothing is sold from Honk to the customer, it is sold from Honk, to an individual company, and then to the customer.

It may seem they are difficult to deal with but what technology has ever been simple. If you have issues don't fret! The app unfortunately does not send the emails to there support team. Google Honk Mobile support team and it will give you the proper email address to get through to them. Yes they double charged my card but we're more than helpful in refunding the error and explaining what happened. Mistake was on my side and they were professional and timely in there assistance. I recommend Honk Mobile because it is a good company, keep calm and all will be well.

Lora Bay, Thornbury, ON - Scanned the QR code and a screen popped up asking to create an account/profile, I gave my name, email address, CC info and NO option to pay for parking, confused, I went back to scan the QR code and then a different option came up to pay. Not sure why another item popped up, but, it was a scam. I had to block my CC and order a new one. If you create QR code why is something else showing up on my screen???

Honk is a HORRIBLE company. Their app is terrible and they were absolutely terrible to work with when our car was towed/stolen in Charleston SC due to no fault of ours!! There are no telephone numbers to contact and they could care less. We are out $250 dollars because no one would help. DO NOT USE A HONK APP AND PARK IN HONK LOTS.

I just had the most fruserating experience. Customer Service made an error and cancelled my subscption a month early ( I reached out to cancel Dec1) They wouldn't pass to me to a manager, wouldn't reverse the payment and I still need to reach BACK out to cancel next month. I was making such a simple request now I've paid over $200 this month in parking and didn't get any help what-so-ever. Do better HONK.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Their customer service is unable to fix a mistake regarding an email address that my workplace used accidently for registering my annual work parking permit. If I had any choice in the matter, I would choose any other way to pay for parking, but unfortunately, I am stuck with having to deal with the company that my work has used for parking permits.

GREAT SAVINGS !!! I used my credit card to pay for honk parking and they compromised my credit card and they started paying some unknown utility bills (see utility bill scams) with my card. I figured out the scam and blocked my card and a lot of my useless subscriptions were not going through as the card got blocked. I was able to review my subscriptions and save about $120 per month. I am very grateful to honk parking and plan to pay with my credit card every two years or so. This will give me an opportunity to get scammed and then block my card and review expenses and subscriptions.

Was asked to verify account with sms message, never got the code requested it ten times and no code provided. The app is garbage. should be able to verify by phone call or email or sms. GARBAGE APP. would have given it zero stars if I could have.

I have been paying for these services and sometimes never have a parking spot! This is a total scam! Totally unfair because I know the cars that park in the lot I pay for, do not pay! I can’t park anywheres else because then I will get a ticket from Waterloo region because there is no street parking! Try not to pay for honk mobile! No phone lines either!
