Unless you actually enjoy having borderline non functioning internet I would stay away. Absolute highway robbery prices for bottom of the barrel speeds and reliability. Would not recommend TCC internet to my worst enemy

I have been a customer of Tuckersmith for many years.In the last two years, subsequent to the installation of the new fibre optic equipment, I have become very dissatisfied with their service. I have made at least five calls regarding problems with equipment. Problem-solving over the phone with experts has been of dubious quality.In three instances over the two years it was a dead battery.Subsequent to this diagnosis there was no instructions regarding preventative measures that might avoid the battery dying over the winter. When discussing these issues with a person at the managerial level there was no sense of interest or empathy;; just bluster and defensiveness !As soon as there’s some good competition I will be switching

To be fair,no communication service is perfect! But in all fairness,from experience,I can tell you , this one is,by far, the very best I have dealt with in services offered .There is bundle service,which offers discounts on multiple services including,Land line,cell,high speed internet.Including fiber optics.Home security & auxiliary purchases.Including cell phones & assorted High Definition accessories!Give yourself a pleasant surprise & try them !Located in both Clinton & Kippen for your communications needs!!
