TL;DR In my experience they have not replied to my email & phone call (so difficult to get a hold of) and their customer service could be improved upon when faced with a question they are not knowledgable about. They do have a nice website though!...I contacted this company off of their website on a page that discussed Precision Agriculture and how they had consultants/more information if you contacted them. (I believe the website just gave me the number to one of their locations that was closest to me)The receptionist/person who answered the phone claimed to have no knowledge about this, that they didn't do 'farming stuff' (but then said they did do agriculture?), and did not make any effort to connect me with someone who might have a bit more information.I did send an email (2 weeks ago) requesting more information in the hopes it would be received by someone who did have more information on this subject, and did try to phone the number again in the hopes that there may have been a different receptionist. While I don't believe they were different from my first call I was forwarded to someone else but have yet to hear back from anyone (this was 1.5 weeks ago).
