Apparently not all staff in the post office are trained properly? I tried to make a tax payment and the employee just didn’t know how to do it, and said the other post office person working couldn’t do it either. Not much of an attempt was made to try, just kept saying sorry, they didn’t know how, half-heartedly tried a few buttons. Kind of a shrug and “sorry…” situation.

This Canada Post is located in side the Shoppers Drug Mart. There is lots of parking. The staff that works there have always been nice and friendly. I been going here for over 5 years and never had a problem. I find it very clean and well organized and easy to get around. The only thing I can think of that is a negative is the hours. They keep the Shoppers store open late, and I think it would be a good idea if the post office stayed the same. There is a mail box outside of the store, you can also drop off mail inside on the off hours.

I have been going to this post office for the last year as I ship a lot of items out. Almost every time I go, I am helped by Sara. She is the definition of great customer service! Always so helpful and overall extremely kind. Would recommend this post office over any other. I have had many bad experiences with other employees at other post offices! Definitely recommend this one! Great job Sara, and thank you for always being helpful!!
