I drove from Victoria to Duncan to possibly buy a used truck. I liked the truck so I had Supa's give it a once over. They were able to squeeze me in on very short notice and did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with how thorough they were and how much time they took going over things with me. And I was initially told on the phone that they charged for one hr to do the inspection. By the time the detailed estimate was done and the mechanic had talked to me it was nearly 2 hrs. They still only charged me for one. And their hourly rate is extremely reasonable as I pay $27 per hr more to my mechanic in Victoria. Guess I'll have to drive to Duncan next time. These guys are awesome. Use 'em!

Easily the best service. You can tell they love their jobs and its reflected in the quality of work. They got my truck running better than I could have ever imagined and on a tight timeline.

Even though Dave and Ethan weren’t able to see to our truck on the day that it had broken down they were very friendly. Maybe that’s one reason why they’re so busy. If our truck happens to break down again in Duncan I’d definitely call Supa Mechanical. Maybe next time they won’t be so swamped with business.

The lady said I could bring the car in right away.although she said that The second time I called she said it would be two weeks. I called to book and she said she would call me back, but refused to call me back and help me. Bad service.

The BEST service you will ever recieve. I called initially after first booking in with a chain car repair shop. The reviews for the chain online weren't great, plus the woman on the phone was a bit rude- so i decided to call around.When i called Supa's they were booking a couple weeks in advance but my issue was a pretty critical brake issue and my car is my daily that i need for work. Initially i turned down the 2 week out appointment date because i needed something sooner and the man on the phone was very understanding and looked into getting me in sooner. Somehow he worked some magic and got me booked quicker even though they are very busy. I was so appreciative because it felt like my business was important to them.Fast forward to me bringing my vehicle in. They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired for the best price for me (which was cheaper than other places quoted). They also found another very urgent matter that i hadn't been aware of and were able to get me in quickly to fix that, too.When i picked up my car for the second repair my bill was less than initially quoted because one of the repairmen was able to find the same part for a little bit cheaper, so was able to save me a bit of money. Super appreciative!Very courteous, professional, and fair. I'll be coming here for all my car servicing from now on.As a bonus it is conveniently located right off the main road (highway 1) in Duncan so it is easy to walk to coffee shops, the gym/pool, etc while having your vehicle worked on.

Supa's Mechanical took my Ford truck with an issue that the Ford mechanics couldn't diagnose and, to my relief, determined the issue and fixed it quickly and affordably. Dave and Jaz and the entire Supa's team are friendly and great to work with. The Valley has many gems and this shop is one.

I have never google reviewed any company before, but figured these guys are really worth the vote and they are local people. This company rocks, VERY reasonably priced, honest and fast service. Thank you Supa's Mechanical, best shop in Duncan i have used in my 18 years of driving.
