Steve White was able to help us get a mortgage for our rental property even though we were over the standard debt service ratio, and could do this because of his connections with lenders who offer more flexible products. Steve is very responsive and takes time to explain things. He is also honest and realistic and does not over promise as he knows that every application is case by case. Steve will be assertive when needed to ensure both the clients and the lenders stay on top of the tasks required. I highly recommend working with him and his team.

Steve White worked a miracle. My husband is a mechanic. He does not have a steady income of a certain amount. It was a lot of months of work from Steve to get us the mortgage. He worked his a$$ off for us and was probably glad we finally got it done after many emails, texts and calls from me. Steve was flexible and would meet me by my husbands' place of work to make things easier when signing etc. We hope we have made a business relationship along with a friend with Steve!!
