I ordered king size socks just a few days before Christmas and they were delivered in a very timely fashion. After Christmas, I emailed The Sock Factory to inform them that one of the socks was the wrong size. I emailed them in the evening and I heard back from them soon after. I was shocked when they said they would deliver the correct size the next morning, and true to their word, that's exactly what they did! I was incredibly impressed with the excellent customer service especially considering the store is in Waterloo and I live in Toronto. This is definitely my new go-to store for super cool king size socks!

Have purchased from this shop for years before they moved to Waterloo from Cambridge. I have found the quality of what they carry to be very good and they have good prices. Lots of cute colours and themes if you like that sort of thing. Basic black for dress socks or even argyle for the classic timeless sophisticate. So many choices. I wear the knee socks for compression as I walk 3 miles a day at work. That's a lot of miles and I find they last pretty well. Staff are always helpful and polite. Anyone with a bad experience should consider what the staff had to endure that day. Just saying ..

Admittly I had never gone to the original Sock Factory in Cambridge or Guelph, however I can say with certainty that this new Sock Factory is a good improvement. Under the new ownership of April, a kind and charming women to deal with, The Sock Factory has found new life in The Shops at Waterloo Town square. Clean and pleasant to look at, they have everything you could possibly need for socks as well as some additional men's and women's clothing & even some adorable stuffed bunny rabbits. I would definitely recommend you stopping by if your in the area and pick up something fun for your feet.

This place is awesome. If you're looking for a unique sock like a favorite band, super hero, sports team they have them all. Plus the man who is usually the only person I've saw work there is very friendly and helpful.
