I can only speak of my experience with this dealership. Everything was no-nonsense, pleasant, and fair. Kyle was great, as was all the staff. I've now had my Golf sportwagon for just over a month and I absolutely love the car. I just finished the easiest oil change of all the cars I've owned, and I can't thank them enough for giving me a fantastic car in great shape. Keep it up.

We were hoping to avoid buying a vehicle for a couple more years, but unfortunately our previous one was starting to have some major issues. Fedoruk's had a vehicle we were interested in that looked to be well maintained and competitively priced, so we decided to go see it. The vehicle was as advertised on their website and Darryl's honest and relaxed demeanour helped make the buying process very easy without any pressure that I have experienced at other dealerships. I would highly recommend Fedoruk's to others and will definitely check out their inventory when we need another vehicle.

The sales experience went smoothly and was very pleasant. Anything after that was a horrible nightmare. If you buy from fedoruks, absolutely skip out on the warranty the warranty company will give you a month long runaround to fix your vehicle when it has issues. Leaving you stuck with running around Fedoruks schedule to fix your vehicle. I felt like even when I did use the warranty eventually, it would seem to be denied or parts wouldn’t be covered when they should’ve very well been covered (eg. timing change cover) unless I fought for it to be covered. When I first picked up my vehicle, I was promised a few things which were all taken care of, but one thing. Getting my second key which never came in the mail. When I bought the vehicle, there was no mention of any lien on the car. Now, a lien on the car shows up, but now I’m stuck with my vehicle as there’s a mysterious lien on the vehicle that cannot be cleared? I cannot trade it in or even sell it so I am just kind of forced to drive it until the bank comes for it, or the wheels fall off. I’m scared my vehicle will get repoed and I have no clue where to go or what to do about it. Like I said before, if I do end up buying again, I personally wouldn’t be getting warranty and to absolutely have the vehicle checked out by another shop first

Seven years ago we purchased a Chevrolet Cobalt and it is still a great car for us; getting them to jobs and to university. We just purchased a Jeep Patriot and are very happy with Kyle's friendly service. Kyle listened to the things we needed in a vehicle and gave us options of vehicles that would best serve us. They let us go on multiple test drives, as well as bring it by our mechanic so he could take a look. We appreciated Kyle's helpfulness and ability to answer our questions. Nothing but crooks. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. Only thing these guys are good at is hiding what's wrong with what they are selling. They'll lie to you and act like they care until warranty is up. DO NOT GO TO FEDORUKS.
