Doesn’t matter to me about your services you give to customers like other reviewers. But at least provide washrooms facilities to the drivers who provide you services. Even though COVID Pandemic time has already gone. Either provide portables outside if you are not allowing drivers to enter warehouse.

They completed the lighting upgraded in our Strata building. They were over budget by nearly 15% and behind schedule by at least 90 days. At no point did they reach out to apologize or provide explanation about the delays or cost over run. The lights they installed are an improvement however there customer service, or lack of, was quite disappointing.
