Was told after I bought our mattress that spend a extra $500 and they could fix the lumps in the middle of the mattress and this was 6 months after we bought it with a one year warranty. As a customer I would expected better service on a warranty so wanted to share my review. Go to Costco where you’ll get the best for the best price...wish I would of but I didn’t.

Staff are knowledgeable and accommodating!Very reasonable prices for the quality you get. They have a great mattress policy and I sleep like a log on the new bed!

Purchased our fifth mattress from Majestic Mattress yesterday and as always the customer service was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t waste your time at other stores and just go to Majestic.

We bought the Sevilla mattress on the advice of the salesman ( who had the same bed) and the advertising on their website. The selling feature of this bed was the great “Bounce Back “ capability of the dual pocket coils. This feature is very beneficial to side sleepers with bad backs.Within a few months there was sagging in the hip area. We called the salesman, he said he’d send someone over to look at it. He said if I’m waking up sore then it may not be the bed for us. Or, perhaps our box spring was not supportive.My husband checked the mattress and although there was some sagging he felt the deep button tufting was also an issue.We called back and told the salesman He stated that very few people had any issues with the tufting. He suggested we buy a latex mattress topper to help alleviate the uncomfortable tufting. I was concerned the topper would be too hot. He said he slept hot on his latex bed but added a wool mattress pad and it made all the difference.We purchased the topper and the mattress pad. The cost of these two items, for our new mattress, was almost as much as the original mattress.Sleeping on this topper is extremely hot and the rotated mattress was starting to sag again.The salesman came out to see if the mattress was an inferior product. He agreed there was some sagging but not within manufacturer’s replacement requirements. He did say he could exchange the mattress ( as it is less than a year old) for a new Sevilla. He did say he didn’t think that would make a difference with our tufting and sagging issues. He suggested we just rotate the mattress every two months.Yes we did sign off that all items purchased could not be returned. However, we were also told this particular mattress was less likely to sag…it started to sag within months. We were told the topper and pad would not be uncomfortably hot…it is very hot.We have spent thousands and have a bed that is extremely uncomfortable and provides a restless sleep. It is 7 months old.Our previous bed, purchased here ( a different lower quality mattress) lasted 8 years before it started to sag. There was never any need to rotate it every two months.We are very disappointed in our new mattress, the latex topper and the wool mattress pad.Bottom line…we will now have to buy a new bed in order to get a good night’s restful sleep.Unfortunately it will not be here.

Great shopping experience! * Update:We had our mattress for three years and it's lumpy and uncomfortable. We rotated it twice a month for 3 years and there are craters where we sleep. Apparently we don't have a warranty because we didn't buy their bases, so $2000 mattress is no better than a cheap $599 one from Costco. We could be on our third one and still not be at $2k. Save your money!

I have dealt with Majestic for at least 15 years, both for my personal bedding needs and for rental properties of my own and other properties. Prices always competitive and good honest opinions on quality and advice in making choices. I used to shop around and found that when I researched various products many of the competitors products were inferior, at a higher cost. After being treated right for so many years I will continue to support this local manufacturer and staff that produce hi quality products they are proud of and service, simply they do what they say they will do. Thanks for the good service over the years. Best to the local staff ongoing.

I contacted Bob regarding foam matresses and toppers. He was so honest & knowledgeable that I had to come in. He educated me and then had me test the mattresses. He wasn't pushy. He gave me the right info to help me buy a great matress at a fabulous price!!! BOB KNOWS BEDS!!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff, more than fair pricing, and so far quality merchandise. We bought 2 new mattresses with mattress covers ( warranty required or void) for under 1000$. 5 out of 5!

Had to replace my 21 year old mattress and found John at Majestic so helpful with my decision for my new mattress. Once the decision was made I was delighted to find that they had it in stock and that I could have it delivered in the next few days. My old mattress was removed by the delivery drivers so one less job for me to do. They also set up my new bed. I absolutely love my new bed. It is so comfortable and the correct firmness just what I wanted.Thank you John and staff for making my new purchase a good experience. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress to try Majestic.
