This place is only good if you don't deal with Michelle. There is something seriously wrong with her. Everything she has ever looked at, that I have brought in, she has tried to reject. This included vehicle transfers in an estate and a brand new car I purchased for my son's graduation yesterday. Even though there was a question about our coverage, they fixed everything because they valued our loyalty.In an era of disappearing customer service and marketing that only offers a good deal to get new customers, it was such a treat to feel appreciated for continued business over the years. Ive been here twice to insure my vehicles. Both times Michelle helped me. She provided great service and was very friendly. On my first visit I showed up 5 minutes before they closed and Michelle was pleased to work with me even after closing. I will definitely get all my insurance from Michelle and I will recommend anyone to see her.
