Shoppers Drug Mart

Switch from Shoppers Drug Mart to Penny and Fausta and has recently switched back to my old Shoppers Drug Mart. I would not recommend Penny and Fausta Pharmacy to anybody and I get a particular injection every two weeks so my blue cross cover is 80% and I have a co-pay at the other 20% is covered and twice Penny tried to make me pay and I had to remind her I had a copay and then she couldn't even call me find my proper name she kept calling me somebody else's name I'm so disgusted in this Pharmacy am I Shoppers Drug Mart was good enough to try and switch everything back they didn't even give them all the proper information regarding my copay I also have prescriptions I had given them that they didn't even bother logging into their system to transfer over. Pure incompetence and I'm glad I'm back at Shoppers

This pharmacy is truly the worst. They just can't seem to get their stuff together. From 40 min hold times to having to return 3 times for 1 prescription because they say it's ready when it's not, or don't have enough to fill it, or that they dont have the prescription on file only to find out days later after going back to my doctor that she did, in fact, send it and they had it all along. Just save your time and go literally anywhere else.

We came in looking for some over the counter medications for my daughter and the nice lady by the front help us find the product we needed. Really appreciated her help. This store is well organized and stock with plenty of options that we needed. Clean and good Shoppers Drug Mart!

Always my go to Shoppers- it is convenient as it is right next to my work! Not only that, the staff are always so friendly and greeting at the door. Whenever I need help Laila or Vince is always there to help! The lady at the Cosmetic stand is also always so friendly and helpful when I'm there. Top experience at this shoppers!!!

honestly I'm still going to give these guys a 5 star rate. I really hadn't had a bad experience. The girl in the makeup section is so sweet. And the staff at the pharmacy are to the point and I think that may be where people think some of the rudness comes from.As long as your patient with the staff (and throw in some jokes here and there) they loosen up quickly.I've had horrible experience with pharmacy staff but honestly I have no problems with these guys.

I used to like this location but since the ownership changed the pharmacy has been and still is a disaster. Paying for a prescription for my family only to find doses missing for other family members. Having to come in for a follow-up dose that had an online notification was ready but the medication was not ready, then I come back to get the same medication and they forgot again to fill the prescription for when I came back the same night. The place was dead on a late Friday but they can still screw things up.I have several medications now that I have picked up that are listed online as being ready for pickup and I keep pointing out this issue yet nobody fixes it. I mean how is an elderly person with multiple prescriptions supposed to go here with any sort of confidence?At least I am catching the mistakes. I've even had prescriptions refill that I specifically didn't have set to refill.Then you add in the complete lack of customer service. Being greeted by half awake security guards, having nobody at the one till and basically forcing you to use self-service checkout. There's a good reason this place is dead, the pharmacy is dysfunctional and you feel like shopping is an inconvenience for the store.

If you're a woman, shop somewhere else. Every time I come into this store the security guard follows me around the store and watches me like a hawk. I'm an engineer, I've never stolen anything a day in my life. But I am also a woman, one that has been ACTUALLY stalked around stores and my own neighborhood. You can do your job without being as creepy and invasive as this guard. In no way welcoming.

I had a really great experience at the beauty department yesterday. The tall, long hair Caucasian lady who helped me was awesome! She helped process a refund for me and gave me a lot of free samples! She is super nice and has great customer service! :) (Waaaay better than some of the ones at Market Mall location!)

Not so great but it is the only shopper nearby . We work at day time to pretty late night. So we can only comes here around 10-11pm. Whenever we there the security kept staring at us and following around? Like why? We know it is late and they just being secure but this made me feels so unwelcome and not comfortable! We just grabbed what we need and paid. Not like we try to steal and run away. Happened for multiple time?

Another Shoppers Drug Mart that does not accept returns of Shoppers Drug Mart purchases. Do not order anything from Shoppers Drug Mart. They take your money and then won't give you the time of day.
