Amazing customer service at this location! Two members of staff were very helpful to me over the phone with what little info I could provide regarding the paint selection that I needed. They held a can for me even though I was delayed quite some time in picking it up due to an emergency. In store, Cloyd was extremely friendly and helpful! He quick and efficient, secured me my colour selection, and was even able to accommodate a discount. Thank you for your fabulous service Cloyd, and I will be sure to recommend this Cloverdale location to anyone looking for help with all of their home painting needs.

Door said opened at 10 on Sundays but employees didn't show up till 10:15. I bought a 5 gallon bucket of paint and had to carry it out to the van myself. Other locations open usually earlier if not on time and also has the courteously to help bring materials to your vehicle. Being busy was not an excuse as there were 2 workers in the shop and there was no other customers in there. Compared to other locations, I would avoid this one.

Came here to pick up paint for some apartment walls.I was unsure how much of this particular paint we would need so I deferred to the employee there... We ended up with almost 5 gallons too much. My recommendation is to buy less rather than more, as you cannot return coloured/tinted paint.They have a significant BCAA member discount. Much better prices and service than big home improvement stores.This location is currently the only Cloverdale Paint that's open on Sundays.

First time in this store, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They helped me with my questions and also gave me a great deal. I previously went to Sherwin Williams and they charged me 400 dollars for a pail of interior satin, and Cloverdale charged me 160 dollars for a similar product.
