Best donair and crispy cheese chicken burger unbelievable!!! travelled from BC to come and try some again. The price is amazing, the taste gives you dreams of many returns. The staff know you by your name and are phenomenal. You have to try it be careful though it’s out of this world.

Lacking a bit on restaurant cleaning, but the meals we had were second to none. The gentleman who served us was kind of warm and assuring the food was made to perfection, and the way we wanted it tweaked. Bravo, the food was good and it won't break the bank,wish they had an eye friendly menue only complaint.

When your from the east coast it's hard to be impressed by a donair In Alberta until now . This place is bang on to the authentic. No shortage of meat or sauce and so incredibly well made.

The best! Portions are large and fresh! They work quickly to keep lineups moving along.And … you aren’t just another person here. Go in a second time, I bet you will be surprised how Nic will remember you, what you ordered and pick up your conversation where you left off last time!He just closed down and re-did the place. Tables aren’t always wiped (because they are busy taking orders), but this is still the cleanest donair please I have ever been.Great food and good prices as his portions are huge! Great service. An all around wonderful choice!

I have heard a lot of people talking about the Crispy Cheese Chicken Burger from Famous that I finally had to try it.The sandwich is absolutely huge, my wife and I split it and it was more than enough food for the two of us. The chicken burger has a very nice super crispy coating. They then add some more deep-fried deliciousness with some deep fried mozzarella all on a bun with mayo and a few veggies.I would definitely agree with people that this is the best chicken sandwich in Sherwood Park so far, but for me is the second best in the Edmonton area (Northern Chicken owns number 1 spot in Edmonton).Famous is a must try if you’re in Sherwood Park.

Famous Donair is the best. Was down there today with my brother had some Donairs for lunch and the fried pickels. Everything was amazing as usual. Ordered an extra order of Pickles to go, it slipped through the cracks and they just gave it to us for free when we were heading out. Offered to pay but they said no, all good. Amazing service, they didn't need to do that, but they did. Will be back again, want to try the crispy cheese chicken burger.

We are always greeted with a smile & a kind word, the owner remembers us & our usual order! He makes the best & biggest Donair's I've ever had! He has an awesomely diverse menu as well. We keep bringing people here because it is always consistently awesome. I really do enjoy coming here. I highly recommend Famous Donair in Sherwood Park, you wont regret going! Oh, I will also mention that he just won the well deserved, OilerNation.com Award for best Donair. Seriously, stop in you won't be disappointed!

Amazing food! My husband loves the donairs and their falafel is also incredible. On a side note, my 3 year old daughter needed to use the restroom when we were at the park across the street one day. No one in the entire complex would let us use theirs. We walked into Famous Donair, I’m sure looking pretty desperate, and they just said “of course!” We didn’t even have to ask. That type of kindness is so appreciated. I will be telling everyone about this place!

Best Donairs in the Edmonton area, the staff is always friendly and have great customer service. The doniar portion sizes make you feel like you get value for your dollar, fresh ingredients and the sweet sauce is top tier. Have recommended to a few friends and they agree, the best they've had in ages if not the best in Edmonton. Couldn't recommend this place enough 5/5
