I had gone to the Starbucks in Embrun store #63488 at 2:47 pm Dec. 27/ 22 to get a caramel ribbon crunch and a small blond roast, which we have ordered several times. The caramel crunch was so bitter and didn’t have the caramel sprinkles in it. This drink was so strong with coffee and bitter. The small blond coffee was cold. I never had that happen before.

Very cozy environment for a quick coffee and light breakfast/snack any time of day. I often go here when I need to get some light work done and need a change of environment. It can get a bit busy and slightly noisy so not ideal if you need to take meetings or phone calls.

8$ for a drink and you can't even get it right ? I believe alll these horrible reviews on this place, as this has happened more then once. They always forget something. Won't be returning and will be phoning head office for refunds.

People are great, but yet another drive though in embrun that takes an ETERNITY, the women in front of me drove off without her stuff cuz she waited so long, lol she paid to leave.

Just waited half hour for two coffees. This is ridiculous. Not organized they split my order up or mixed then got coffees at different times know they are cold. Guess taken them home warm them up in the microwave. I come each Saturday after the gym think time find a new coffee location. If you this star bucks your in a rush I advise you make sure you have solid 30 to wait. Then go drink it has barely and flavour becomes everyone rushing and not giving the 100% service we are paying for disappointing as small down keeps these businesses in business. Plus my sandwich I got is cold :(

Parking lot was full with folks waiting to park so had to use the drive-through. Apparently this is an anomoly due to the grand opening of BarBurrito. There is a large site here with a number of businesses but not a lot of parking spaces.
